Stopped by the Ariat Outlet at the Tanger Outlets and had a great experience…read more Picked up 2 adult shirts, 1 kids shirt, a kids hat, and an adult hat -- all around 50% off. The adult tees came out to about $11-$12 each, which is a steal for Ariat quality. The fit is on point too, with that athletic/stretch feel that sits right on the arms. Customer service was friendly and laid-back. No pressure, and I was able to try everything on without any issues. Overall, solid deals, good selection, and an easy shopping experience. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Outlet stores seem to have their own mathematical equation of what constitute a discount. I'm hesitant to break up their conversation and ask what Levi's offer is. Within this complex, plenty of other stores that I can go into who'll at lease say hello when I walk in.

I was in retail management for decades and frankly, she looked like she thought she was too good to work there. If she does, that's fine, maybe she should go work elsewhere and stop stealing credit for sales that she didn't make. I happen to know the stats matter so it sucks that she is doing that. There is always one in the bunch. She is the one. Now for the positive. Luckily, Asia thanked us before we left and we were able to get her name for this review. She did all the things a customer service person is supposed to do. Tell us the promotions, help us find our sizes, take us to the dressing room with our items. suggest add ons, lead us to the register, etc. All of which she did *with* a smile. She deserves a raise as she seems to be an asset to Levi's retail.

We went back so that he could buy more of the exact same shirt. They were on sale last month - yippee! My husband has a nice jacket which was a gift. And, most recently, I bought the cutest linen blend culottes to wear to the beach on vacation. They were half price on clearance. They have high prices for quality clothing and accessories. Always have nice new dresses and tops & bottoms available with each season. However, I always shop the clearance racks first! Haha. Great deals there! Customer service is awesome. I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.

The items in this store were similarly priced to the stores back home, and the merchandise didn't catch my eye (save for some undies at the front of the store, but not my style). A positive to this place is that the staff was friendly. We chatted a bit with them as we looked throughout the store. I checked out their accessories, to include belts, bags, and colognes. They have pretty good miscellaneous items here of that sort. But for clothing essentials, I ended up looking elsewhere.

I didn't know that people were so rude on the phone to begin with. I was courteous to start but less and less so as the conversation went on. It wasn't even the person that I had a complaint against. They told me you can complain and give a description and they will figure it out. What type of customer service is this? Rude beyond belief and then also said that I was rude. I asked do you not wear name tags? Wouldn't you want to be called by name or should I call you person. They told me I could call them ma'am. Wow. Just wow. No point in going to this store.
