The adult tees came out to about $11-$12 each, which is a steal for Ariat quality. The fit is on point too, with that athletic/stretch feel that sits right on the arms. Customer service was friendly and laid-back. No pressure, and I was able to try everything on without any issues. Overall, solid deals, good selection, and an easy shopping experience. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.

I found size 0 khaki pants, fitted and zippered (comfortable fabric, nice quality as well) in two colors, but only opted to purchase one pair. BTW, my favorite pair of jeans are by this brand! This store is a good-sized, square-shaped space, clean, orderly, and the items are fully stocked, but not overstocked (the clothing on hangers are manageable). The dressing rooms were clean too. There were a couple of nice employees, who greeted us upon entering and offered to help if we needed assistance. Checkout was fast and easy. There were only a couple of other customers, but I don't know if this is typical for a saturday afternoon. We visited last saturday on our way back from Southern California. I would say this store is worth visiting if you find yourself driving from CA to NV. I'm sure we will be back, especially if I want to do some shopping.

Staff could care less about the customer…read more Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time.
