He's gotten to know my style over the years and he knows exactly what features I'm looking for, and even remembers which bags I already have. Today was no different. We stopped in for a new bag on the way to lunch for Mother's Day. Gio greeted me by name and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the size bag I needed and which wallets I already had that I wanted to fit. He really goes out of the way to make you feel special and listen to what you need. Staff could care less about the customer…read more Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time.

I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience. We don't expect to be treated like a king walking into a store but I hope that they would at least wouldn't chase you out to continue yelling at you. Mind you its customer service, the customer isn't always right but in no way should you be yelling at a customer OR STARTING AN ARGUMENT WITH THEM. My parents wanted to buy some shoes. The employee overheard their conversation and then made the wrong assumption and proceeded to yell at them. Saying if its ugly you don't need to buy it. even went as far as to chase them outside of the store to continue yelling. My family has shopped at this store a few times since last Christmas. (Yes, I'm finally getting…read morearound to this review!) My Dad loves their polo shirts - comfortable and cool. We went back so that he could buy more of the exact same shirt. They were on sale last month - yippee! My husband has a nice jacket which was a gift. And, most recently, I bought the cutest linen blend culottes to wear to the beach on vacation. They were half price on clearance. They have high prices for quality clothing and accessories. Always have nice new dresses and tops & bottoms available with each season. However, I always shop the clearance racks first! Haha. Great deals there! Customer service is awesome. I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.

They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer some of what I thought were tricky questions about carry on luggage policies. I can't fault them at all for not having what I was hoping to have but am glad that they showed me some things that were kinda similar and some that might be new options to consider, considering my changing needs. I'd love to be able to come here again before making my next luggage purchase. In fact if they have what I need and am looking for, I'd definitely make my purchase from here. There are some good deals here and I'm glad that they are not pushy at all. I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was excellent.
