We stopped in for a new bag on the way to lunch for Mother's Day. Gio greeted me by name and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the size bag I needed and which wallets I already had that I wanted to fit. He really goes out of the way to make you feel special and listen to what you need. He took time to go in the back several times to find the perfect bag for me. Thanks Gio for being amazing

Staff could care less about the customer…read more Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time.

I ended up going to a closer location to me, which was still an hour away, to do the exchange in person. I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience. Therefore, I dont think I can return to this location.

We were greeted nicely once we stepped inside the doors. The staff member who assisted us was kind of pushy, but she was helpful. Wife found a couple of purses at reasonable prices. She was happy with the deals, and so was I. Would stop in again if looking for gifts for family.

We don't expect to be treated like a king walking into a store but I hope that they would at least wouldn't chase you out to continue yelling at you. Mind you its customer service, the customer isn't always right but in no way should you be yelling at a customer OR STARTING AN ARGUMENT WITH THEM. My parents wanted to buy some shoes. The employee overheard their conversation and then made the wrong assumption and proceeded to yell at them. Saying if its ugly you don't need to buy it. even went as far as to chase them outside of the store to continue yelling. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. when I called to get the name of the employee I was told that they would not give me any personal information. I couldn't even get the name of the person on the phone. They said why? They were rude off the bat. I wanted to know who I was speaking to. I didn't know that people were so rude on the phone to begin with. I was courteous to start but less and less so as the conversation went on. It wasn't even the person that I had a complaint against. They told me you can complain and give a description and they will figure it out. What type of customer service is this? Rude beyond belief and then also said that I was rude. I asked do you not wear name tags? Wouldn't you want to be called by name or should I call you person. They told me I could call them ma'am. Wow. Just wow. No point in going to this store. A simple apology would've been nice to hear.

My family has shopped at this store a few times since last Christmas. (Yes, I'm finally getting…read morearound to this review!) My Dad loves their polo shirts - comfortable and cool. We went back so that he could buy more of the exact same shirt. They were on sale last month - yippee! My husband has a nice jacket which was a gift. And, most recently, I bought the cutest linen blend culottes to wear to the beach on vacation. They were half price on clearance. They have high prices for quality clothing and accessories. Always have nice new dresses and tops & bottoms available with each season. However, I always shop the clearance racks first! Haha. Great deals there! Customer service is awesome. I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.

I was here towards the end of the year and although they didn't quite have what I ws looking for,…read morethe folks here were so sweet and so helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer some of what I thought were tricky questions about carry on luggage policies. I can't fault them at all for not having what I was hoping to have but am glad that they showed me some things that were kinda similar and some that might be new options to consider, considering my changing needs. I'd love to be able to come here again before making my next luggage purchase. In fact if they have what I need and am looking for, I'd definitely make my purchase from here. There are some good deals here and I'm glad that they are not pushy at all. I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was excellent. His delivery was casual but very friendly and respectful. He was a good listener and was sure to address my needs as I'd mentioned them to me and why they were so important. Thanks for your help. I hope more stock comes in soon. (Stock was low partly because now that people are traveling again, post Covid, their stock has been bought up rather quickly. Again, not the store's fault. It just is what it is.)

They are the…read moreonly company that stays true to their brand, they don't try to be super hipster and skanky unlike other stores. They stick to the basics, hoodies, tops and pants. Most of all their clothes are extremely comfortable and their last long. I've had some of tops and bottoms for over 2 years+ that I still wear (yes they've worn down but the comfort level is still there). My mom insisted that I stop at this outlet on the way home from Vegas (she's giving me a hard time about my clothes that are too big) When I first walked into the store I was a bit disappointed because I didn't see anything to my liking and when I finally found things I liked the prices were nutty! One s!hirt for $25?! I did figure out that you buy 1 shirt full price and get 2 for free which is much more justifiable! I didn't see as many pants selections compared to some of the mall locations, my favorite fit "the boyfriend pants" I assume were discontinued since I haven't seen them anywhere in the last two years, but where I did make out like a bandit is certain hoodies were only $12.00! I know it seems silly to think about winter when it's August but winter is right around the corner! The customer service was on point, I saw 3 female employees walking around the floor asking other customers and myself if we needed help (going above and beyond), most employees pretend you don't exist -__- I was pleasantly surprised with this store and I'd definitely come back! ^___^

everything in here is 50% off!…read more aero is one of my fav cheap clothing stores... i was in an aero store in san diego a week ago and saw some of the same items for double the price! i guess most of the stuff here is overflow which is totally fine with me! dresses - $10 to $15 shorts - $10 sweaters - $16 jeans - $10 - $20 there's also a huge clearance section -- from $0.99 to $3.99. i picked up a pair of glove-mittens for $0.99, sunglasses for $6 and a summer dress for $10 (originally $40...yikes). i still won't buy jewelry from aero though - because it's still not very cheap. 2 items for $12. clothing sizes --- most of the clearance jeans are size 0 and 00. most of the tops, though, are size xs - xl with most of size small out of stock. =\ you do have to rummage a bit. tons of parking!!!

Ran in here to get a present for a friend. Haven't been in Bath & Body Works in a long while…read more The 2 employees I spoke to about their special pricing were short with me and acted like I was stupid for asking. I had to ask a couple questions to clarify and their responses were very haughty. I'm sorry, but there are SO many signs, it was confusing. As I walked away with over $60 worth of product, my adult son (whose wife was also going to buy some stuff ) told me one of those girls rolled her eyes at me as I turned my back. Wow. We immediately put our things back and walkout the door. No way am I going to support a store with rude employees. I can only hope the manager reads this.
