We stopped in for a new bag on the way to lunch for Mother's Day. Gio greeted me by name and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the size bag I needed and which wallets I already had that I wanted to fit. He really goes out of the way to make you feel special and listen to what you need. Staff could care less about the customer…read more Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time.

Anyways, since we never bothered stopping by any Swarovski stores inside our local malls, we decided to test our luck to see if there are any great sales here better than Swarovski inside local malls. Lo and behold, we were pleased with what we were able to find from the past two trips!!!! I bought a $44-ish gold tone ring with blue crystals on top the last trip which I know for sure that none of the Swarovskis inside Any local malls has that type of pricing!!!! Then yesterday on 03/30/2019, I found a pinkish-gold tone ring with a heart shape on top (was only a whopping $37 which this pricing can't be found in Any mall store) which also exactly complement my all-pink crossbody purse from Guess that I also own. Aaaaah, check this store out if you're a fan of jewelry of any sort, you wouldn't be disappointed. Next trip, I may stock up on another piece of ring and start collecting their pens. Need more Swarovski outlet stores as such please!!!! The female clerk that helped my mom and I were very nice~she was not pushy at all but very patient and took her time to explain to us all the questions we had about the items we were purchasing. She even told us about an additional discount if we totaled $150 on both of purchases, and since we went over that amount, she gave us another 10% discount with all of our purchases. For corporate, it was on 1-28-26 between about noon and 1pm. Would I go back, yes, the prices were right but just know it's really self service.

One s!hirt for $25?! I did figure out that you buy 1 shirt full price and get 2 for free which is much more justifiable! I didn't see as many pants selections compared to some of the mall locations, my favorite fit "the boyfriend pants" I assume were discontinued since I haven't seen them anywhere in the last two years, but where I did make out like a bandit is certain hoodies were only $12.00! I know it seems silly to think about winter when it's August but winter is right around the corner! The customer service was on point, I saw 3 female employees walking around the floor asking other customers and myself if we needed help (going above and beyond), most employees pretend you don't exist -__- I was pleasantly surprised with this store and I'd definitely come back! ^___^

everything in here is 50% off!…read more aero is one of my fav cheap clothing stores... i was in an aero store in san diego a week ago and saw some of the same items for double the price! i guess most of the stuff here is overflow which is totally fine with me! dresses - $10 to $15 shorts - $10 sweaters - $16 jeans - $10 - $20 there's also a huge clearance section -- from $0.99 to $3.99. i picked up a pair of glove-mittens for $0.99, sunglasses for $6 and a summer dress for $10 (originally $40...yikes). i still won't buy jewelry from aero though - because it's still not very cheap. 2 items for $12. clothing sizes --- most of the clearance jeans are size 0 and 00. most of the tops, though, are size xs - xl with most of size small out of stock. =\ you do have to rummage a bit. tons of parking!!!
