If you know makeup you know that Estée Lauder basically owns a majority of all the makeup brands. They all fall under the Estée Lauder umbrella. Every makeup and skincare item was 40% off. Plus, if you spend a certain amount on certain brands they'll give you a gift with purchase. Forty percent off is insane. My jaw must have dropped to the floor. Please come to the Waikele Premium Outlets. I'll see you every week, lol. Customer service was great. The salesgirl asked if I needed help. I didn't. I know makeup. I sold makeup for seven years at a department store. The only thing was that they were out of certain foundation colors, one of which was my shade. Too bad I couldn't get it. I did pick up a Too Faced liquid matte lipstick, black mascara and black liquid eyeliner. It should have been around $85, but I paid close to $50. Plus, the salesgirl gave me a Jo Malone perfume sample of Wood Sage & Sea Salt, which I already have. I love that scent and it's one of their classics, so I happily accepted.

I submitted an order via Weedmaps offered a 30% off for first time customers which I claimed- email clearly shows "present to store for discount" however the rude gentleman who was "assisting me" was very dry. Normally people who work at dispensaries are extremely friendly but this was not the case! We asked where their disposable pens were he pointed across the store and said "over there" lol- he just wasn't trying at all. I walked over and I choose the one I wanted he asked if I needed anything else I said no but I do have an online order. He walks back to the register and showed me the item to confirm this is what I had ordered I confirmed he proceeded to ring me up. I realized I did not see the discount so I asked he said "can I see the email" I showed him he said "no that's not it" there should be a promo code - at this point I was extremely annoyed cause of how rude and dry he was. He was not willing to make an exception. When a customer checks in it will clearly show if you've visited before or not so he could have honored the promo that's what brought us in as a first time customer at this location. He then says it takes 24hrs sometimes 48 hrs- no where in the email does it say this sounded like he was making up his own rules at this point. I was only passing by so I said " it's fine, I'll pay the full amount" I paid the full amount whatever I wanted to get out of there- the worst experience I have ever seen at a dispensary. My email attached clearly indicates all I needed to do was present this very email- see for yourself on the image so don't back down on it! I should have asked for the manager because their partnership with Weedmaps is where consumers normally find dispensaries nearby to drive traffic for business, but it is unfortunate when you run into employees such as this guy. I love the fit of the bottoms, as I've been lucky lately, at these outlet stores, to find pants that fit me. I am short, petite, but do not have wide hips or full thighs, so it's really important to find clothing that truly fits me (even petite sizing overall, with other brands, may be too long for me, when comparing bottoms). I found size 0 khaki pants, fitted and zippered (comfortable fabric, nice quality as well) in two colors, but only opted to purchase one pair. BTW, my favorite pair of jeans are by this brand! This store is a good-sized, square-shaped space, clean, orderly, and the items are fully stocked, but not overstocked (the clothing on hangers are manageable). The dressing rooms were clean too. There were a couple of nice employees, who greeted us upon entering and offered to help if we needed assistance. Checkout was fast and easy. There were only a couple of other customers, but I don't know if this is typical for a saturday afternoon. We visited last saturday on our way back from Southern California. I would say this store is worth visiting if you find yourself driving from CA to NV. I'm sure we will be back, especially if I want to do some shopping.

Anyways, since we never bothered stopping by any Swarovski stores inside our local malls, we decided to test our luck to see if there are any great sales here better than Swarovski inside local malls. Lo and behold, we were pleased with what we were able to find from the past two trips!!!! I bought a $44-ish gold tone ring with blue crystals on top the last trip which I know for sure that none of the Swarovskis inside Any local malls has that type of pricing!!!! Then yesterday on 03/30/2019, I found a pinkish-gold tone ring with a heart shape on top (was only a whopping $37 which this pricing can't be found in Any mall store) which also exactly complement my all-pink crossbody purse from Guess that I also own. Aaaaah, check this store out if you're a fan of jewelry of any sort, you wouldn't be disappointed. Next trip, I may stock up on another piece of ring and start collecting their pens. Need more Swarovski outlet stores as such please!!!!
