He's gotten to know my style over the years and he knows exactly what features I'm looking for, and even remembers which bags I already have. Today was no different. We stopped in for a new bag on the way to lunch for Mother's Day. Gio greeted me by name and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the size bag I needed and which wallets I already had that I wanted to fit. He really goes out of the way to make you feel special and listen to what you need. He took time to go in the back several times to find the perfect bag for me. Thanks Gio for being amazing

Bait and Switch! Staff could care less about the customer…read more Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time.

My old New Balance (NB) tennis shoes have gone through many more years than it is supposed to. As…read moremuch as I will miss my old pair, it was time for a new pair. I seldom visit the Outlets at Barstow, but since they have a NB outlet store, I was on my way here. It's not a very big store, but not small either. I normally don't have a specific model of shoes that I buy. As long as it's NB and it's comfortable, I'm good. I love NB! Before trying on any shoes, I asked one of the staff members if I can return my purchase from here at any NB stores just in case I do. The lady said returns can be made at any NB outlet stores, but it must be an outlet store. Thank you Miss! The lady ended up helping me with my shoe selection. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the shoe I was wearing and what would be a good comparable and/or similar pair for me. I learned that I was wearing the 860 model in men's wide size. I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. Thank you so much Miss for your wonderful service and time! I appreciate it. They had 2 specials at the time... buy one pair of shoes at regular price and get another pair of shoes for 50% off or 30% off shoes that had a yellow sticker. My new shoes had the yellow sticker LOL. It was the last one in my wide size. It was meant for me. Thank you NB shoe genie! LOL This store has a good selection of men, women, and children shoes. They also carry clothing and accessories. There are a couple clearance sections. There is one fitting room for use. If you're on your way to and from Las Vegas or happens to be in the Barstow area AND you love NB shoes or you want to try a different brand of shoes from what you're currently wearing, drop on by this NB and check out their special offerings!

Carlos went above and beyond, taking the time to carefully watch my husband's gait and assess his walk. Using that, he recommended the best shoes to ensure the right fit and support for his injury. We've never experienced this level of expertise and dedication at any other specialty shoe store. Carlos is hands-down the best, and we can't recommend him highly enough
