They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer some of what I thought were tricky questions about carry on luggage policies. I can't fault them at all for not having what I was hoping to have but am glad that they showed me some things that were kinda similar and some that might be new options to consider, considering my changing needs. I'd love to be able to come here again before making my next luggage purchase. In fact if they have what I need and am looking for, I'd definitely make my purchase from here. There are some good deals here and I'm glad that they are not pushy at all. I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was excellent. His delivery was casual but very friendly and respectful. He was a good listener and was sure to address my needs as I'd mentioned them to me and why they were so important. Thanks for your help. I spoke with a salesman named Curtis and carefully confirmed that two specific items -- one for me and one for my husband -- were in stock. I explained that this was a long drive involving two freeways and that we did not want to waste the trip. About twenty minutes later, I called again and spoke with the owner/manager because we would have been driving during rush hour traffic that evening. He assured me it was "no problem" to hold the items until the following day and confirmed that Curtis had already set them aside for us. The next day, after making the long drive, Curtis brought out the wrong item entirely. When I reminded him that I had specifically described exactly what we wanted, he tried to steer me toward a completely different product instead. Then he admitted to his boss that the item I wanted had already been sold. This was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time, effort, and gasoline. If a store agrees to hold merchandise for customers -- especially customers making a significant trip -- they should honor that commitment. Very aggravating experience. Honestly, we would have been better off ordering from Amazon.

The prices are competitive, and Bo really cares about the customer and his/her needs. The store sells an array of different choices of luggage, and often has sales on truly quality luggage and accessories (e.g., name tags, toiletries bag, etc.). We called the store to see if they could hold it for us until the following weekend but instead they offered to ship it to us. Savinar all the details about our purchase, we left, knowing we needed to get a replacement. A few weeks later, we came home from a family get-together in NorCal to find a huge box with a brand-new rolling suiter inside. I told them it's still tipping over and they said just sign here so you can get your bag back. When I came back to asking about it tipping they said if I wanted the bag back I had to sign. That's it. No acknowledgment that the work was not completed the way it was supposed to be to fix the issue and definitely no respect for the customer. I do not recommend.
