So we stopped by this store, which is one of several we stopped in at the outlet center. I made my way through the store and picked out what I needed. They were pretty well stocked, and had items I liked. It was not a long stay, as there store was not busy at all, and checkout was quick and painless. The prices here are pretty good, and the place has tons of good merchandise. The worker here was very nice, and engaged us in conversation before we made our way back to the car. This was a good stop along our route to Vegas, I'd repeat.

I had to ask a couple questions to clarify and their responses were very haughty. I'm sorry, but there are SO many signs, it was confusing. As I walked away with over $60 worth of product, my adult son (whose wife was also going to buy some stuff ) told me one of those girls rolled her eyes at me as I turned my back. Wow. We immediately put our things back and walkout the door. No way am I going to support a store with rude employees. I can only hope the manager reads this.

Before trying on any shoes, I asked one of the staff members if I can return my purchase from here at any NB stores just in case I do. The lady said returns can be made at any NB outlet stores, but it must be an outlet store. Thank you Miss! The lady ended up helping me with my shoe selection. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the shoe I was wearing and what would be a good comparable and/or similar pair for me. I learned that I was wearing the 860 model in men's wide size. I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. Thank you so much Miss for your wonderful service and time! I appreciate it. They had 2 specials at the time... buy one pair of shoes at regular price and get another pair of shoes for 50% off or 30% off shoes that had a yellow sticker. My new shoes had the yellow sticker LOL. It was the last one in my wide size. It was meant for me. Thank you NB shoe genie! LOL This store has a good selection of men, women, and children shoes. They also carry clothing and accessories. There are a couple clearance sections. There is one fitting room for use.
