He was hands on and very helpful! He worked directly with my daughter and her boyfriend showing them so much respect that isn't usually shown to teenagers. I wanted to let them speak to him so that they could convey their wishes and dreams for their prom. She even had her gown so that they could match. He measured my daughter's boyfriend and guided them through the process, even sharing his experience with his own son. He perfectly combined professionalism with relatability and guidance. He answered all of their questions and made them feel confident in their selections. He was also honest and didn't try to sell them on items that the store didn't have. They couldn't find a perfect shade of pink for his shirt so instead of trying to convince them to buy another top, he suggested that they purchase the suit from Dillard's and then seek the top elsewhere, even going out of his way to make suggestions. This gave me even greater confidence in Dillard's as a brand. I couldn't have been more pleased with my shopping experience !!!

Then about 2 years later I purchased 3 more suits. During those visits the sales staff as well as the seamstress were all fantastic!!! The seamstress was especially helpful and did an amazing job back then with the "Tailored Fit". In 2020 I had open heart surgery and during the recovery and where I'm at today in 2025 I lost 25 pounds. As you can imagine those 5 suits DON'T fit anymore!!! I needed a suit for an event so I called Men's Warehouse about getting one of the altered again. They said no problem and it was part of the lifetime alterations since I purchased the suits from them and they did the alterations. I did have to pay for some special alterations on this suit but no big deal! When I picked up my suit today and tried it on it fit perfectly and I think it fits better now than it did the first time. She did the slim cut alteration on it and I love it. So today again; the staff were very friendly even though they were super busy! The same seamstress that did the alterations 10 years did the alterations again and was just as friendly and helpful! Added note; I looked through the marked down section and saw a dress shirt that fit me perfectly! Normal price was $79 and it was marked down to $14.99. Oh yes love the shirt and price! Thank you Men's Warehouse for providing a great service for us guys!!!! * I definitely recommend Men's Warehouse! Word of advice; was the sales added and sign up for emails and promotions. Fast forward one week before our daughter's wedding they call and say the tux is in. We went to pick it up today and my husband tried it on. Thank goodness he did before he left the store!!! The pants were almost 3 inches too short! The jacket was huge!!! NOTHING they measured him for fit!! What is the point of going for a measure when the employees can't do it correctly? We told them the issues and they said they could fix the issues. They went to the back and brought up a slim fit jacket, which fit him perfectly. They had the seamstress lengthen the pants. They brought them back for him to try on. This time one pant leg was shorter than the other pant leg! Sent them back again and waited....and waited...my husband had to go ask how much longer it would be. The employee went to the back and got the pants, but only after we asked. We were there one hour and 20 minutes!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! I called my daughter and told her she better have her 'fiancé go try his on today. They went and his jacket sleeves were about 4 inches too short!! I'm very concerned about the groomsman's fitting now!!! Will never use this store again!

This is my very first bad review. Lessons I learned after my buying experience: * NEVER TRUST A PLACE WITH A "NO REFUND" POLICY. When I got home, I opened the pack to the dress shirt I purchased to see how it fitted only to see one of the loopholes in the dress shirt still sewed shut. In addition to that, I purchased a belt and wore it to work for 8 hours. When I got home the leather on the belt was peeling and cracked really bad. I decided on Thursday to return the shirt and belt. The lady at the counter told me I am not able to return it because they have a no refund policy. That I understand, it is their policy. Then she allowed me to exchange for something of the same cost, not completely happy but I was okay with that. During the process, someone came from the back when I was getting ready to checkout for the exchange and completely ruined everything in a very disrespectful way. He completely overpowered her and wouldn't let me do the exchange anymore. He stated the belt is a $15 belt and I shouldn't have expected it not to crack and peel off. Maybe he is right, I am the fool for buying a cheap belt and not expecting it to go bad in 8 hours of wearing it. He accused me of wearing the dress shirt with the sewed loopholes for the button, nonsense. I made a huge mistake going here, I believe I was better off going to a Ross, Dillard's, Belks, even Beall's outlet. Somewhere that has a refund policy enforced & honors when they sell a product with bad quality. BEWARE, they are just there to make money for a short period of time, I highly doubt they will be in business long.
