I stopped here to see if they had any skinny jeans for our mannequins at the store. The women's jeans are on the left side of the store. They definitely had some skinny jeans with double zeros and up, but they were still $22 each. I was trying to find something under $20, since they're going on some mannequins. I was surprised to see some of their jeans on the tables were almost $60-$80. I've never considered Old Navy to be a high-quality product. Did something change? read more

I visit Old Navy about one time, per year, on average. There are some items that are comfortable, the price is right and they have an abundant clearance area. I really like their tanks to wear under other things and their comfy lounge pants in an array of colors and designs. I also purchase quite a few items for all the men(boys) in my family, they still want Mom to pick out stuff, ha ha. So, with all that positive stuff and I am glad there is positivity. The one thing that has never changed at Old Navy is that there are so many employees walking around the store and visible, but once a customer gets to the check out, there is always just two cashiers checking people out with a long line of people just waiting. Sometimes, they will call for back up, but why? As business people, you know the flow of the store and you know there is and will be a line. The cashier to customer ratio does not make any sense! As long as I have been shopping at old Navy, this is the case. It's even been a topic for fodder in movies. This truly negatively impacts the whole shopping experience. So, I would definitely shop at Old Navy more often, but I do not, for one reason only, the lack of logical customer service resulting in chronic long wait times to purchase items. I like the location of this Old Navy. I like the layout and the variety of clothing. They had some cute holiday sweatshirts and PJ's. But I am very disappointed in Old Navy in general. It used to be a brand that I bought often. I would come here and buy so much for the kids starting when they were babies through elementary school. But now, the quality is really gone down hill. The material is very thin and seems very cheap. I am not sure if they changed manufacturers, factories, material, to save money but we rarely buy their products anymore. It is not worth the money, even if they offer low prices, compared to other inexpensive stores/ brands like H&M or Forever 21. I am extremely unhappy with the changes they have made, so I rarely stop here anymore. It is usually not worth my time to place Old Navy on my list of seasonal shopping spots. I cam in today since I was next door looking at shoes at DSW. They did have some great sales going on pre-black Friday. They did have some fun camo outfits that we were searching for. I did like their character tees too. The joggers looked good and were a nice price, but if you have the money, some other stores do have a higher quality jogger that would probably last longer. But this is an okay place for inexpensive finds, just don't expect it to be cheap and quality. read more

Lots of convenient parking, but so many crazy drivers in this shopping center. ALWAYS. Great selection and often they have super good sales and coupons online. I love shopping here for some of the basics that I am always replenishing in my wardrobe. They are good for their denim, t shirts, shorts and socks. On occasion I find decent work out clothes here too. The quality is ok, not expected to last forever, but good enough to do a refresh. read more

I visited this Old Navy during the Christmas season to grab a body souffle or two. They were on sale for 4.99, and I wanted to stock up. I was able to find the scents that I wanted. However, before buying the souffle, it never occurred to me to open them up to make sure they were okay. After waiting in line for close to 15/20 mins, and upon getting in the car to head to the mall across the street I show my mom the body souffle. What I found next was awful, one of the souffle had a giant hole punched in it. The other was opened, and someone had stuck their hand in it. I went back into the store to return the souffle and was told that I would have to wait in line, even though I informed the Floor Lead of my situation. When it was my turn to exchange the items I asked the associate if they had any more, to which she replied no. She made the return, offered an apology and I was on my way. After leaving Old Navy that day, I was feeling some type of way because literally about 45 minutes of my time was wasted in the store. I feel as though the Floor Lead could have handled the situation much better. I decided to call the store and speak with the general manager. She listened to my concerns and apologized, and she was able to find me two of the body souffles in the scent I wanted. She asked if I could come back to the store. I was across the street at Twelve Oaks, so I wasn't too far away. I asked for the GM when I arrived at the store, and she immediately took me to the front of the line and had one of the associates helped me out. She gave me a coupon, so I ended up getting one of the body souffles for free. Even though the situation was rectified, I stand by my 2-Star Review. If I could give them 2.5 stars, I would, but I don't think that my experience was worthy of a 3 Star because so much of my time was wasted and the GM was the only person that provided me with a decent shopping experience. read more

Old Navy - Men's Clothing Near Me - Novi, Michigan

Stopped into this Old Navy to find a black scarf. Made the loop about halfway through the store and asked an employee who pointed me just a few racks over. Plenty of selection- knitted infinity scarf, plain black fleece fringed scarf, and a plaid black and white shawl type scarf. Sweet! Prices seemed steep at $17-$23, but okay, this was for a child my credit union adopted for Christmas. I chose the shawl thinking she could get more use out of it. Got to the register and it was half off- I missed the signs on the door on the way in, so that was a win! The wait to check out was longer than I would have liked, there were three cashiers but two people being helped were doing returns so that made the line a snails pace. All in all, five minutes of waiting was worth the price! Super excited to gift this time! read more

This store is always filthy. Nothing on the shelves. No sizes in stock. And ridiculous lines. I call Old Navy Novi, no one answers, but when I call other locations the service is so much better. Obviously there's a revolving door of people in Novi who are willing to put up with terrible service and employees with terrible attitudes. I would rather shop online or buy elsewhere. Today there were 2 cashiers and a lineup of more than 20 people like, some of whom had been waiting more than half an hour. I left my items behind. Old Navy obviously doesn't want or need my money. This store is so poorly managed that it really deserves to reported to headquarters. read more

I went into this store to find my 4 month old clothing, I was nearly the only customer they had and from the moment I walked in I was being watched, the saleswomen asked me did I need any help I politely declined seeing as how I was already in the children's section doing fine. She then proceeded to stalk me throughout the rest of the store wherever I went so I asked her did they have a larger selection of children's clothing she replied no and continued to fake doing things following me around the store, I then caught the guy behind the register staring at me. At that point I had about 3 items in my hand and I went to get checked out. If I had more time I definitely would not have spent my money here!
