My son really wanted a flannel jacket with a hood. I checked online and of course it said my local Old Navy was out of stock. I made the trip to the store and found the flannel. Per the website it was 30% off. The store said this item was not 30% off. The sales associate honored the price after verifying the 30% off in my cart on the website. I arrived at 1001. The store opens at 1000. A female opened the doors at 1002. No good Morning. Welcome to Old Navy. Nothing. When I proceeded to the register to pay she said will you be using cash or card. No did you find everything you needed or any other acknowledgment. She then told the gentleman help me at register two. I'm sorry it is bright and early but maybe this girl needs to go back to bed and wake up in a better mood. I seldom shop at Old Navy. Experiences like this make one never want to again. read more

I am currently at Old Navy here in Las Cruces, Nm and let me tell ya, these customer service representatives are doing more hounding us while we shop rather than put the help in front of us. They say they are trying to make sure we get help and have the best experience here when they aren't offering any help at all. They just follow you around and pretend to fold clothes or hang something up... But they make the whole experience here terrible. I am here to shop, and i feel really really uncomfortable with how these workers treat their customers... And i think the ceos and higher ups in this company would be disappointed knowing that these emoloyees are making their customers feel this way. I am not gonna purchase anything here. Great clearance sales gong on now. I like all their classic graphic tees mens/womens. My only complaint is their lack of stock ... it's always a hassle finding the right size in what I want. I was told that their shipments come in on tuesdays, but I never find replenishments ... so hmm.. the sales staff is very friendly and helpful ... and don't be afraid to ask for items on the displays ... both items I bought were found there... one on a mannequin and the other, I snagged the last pair of shorts hanging on display ... read more

Just spent $87.50 for $250-300 worth of clothes at their winter clearance sale. Can't complain about that! We won't have to shop for my son for quite some time. My favorite find: A micro suede blazer for my husband for only $8.50! read more

Listen if you want to be racially profiled, as in followed around the store because you're a minority then I would totally recommend this place. Mind you the time I was racially profiled I did not steal, those I was with did not steal and I even bought a jacket too maybe like a $40 jacket or so. I called customer service, made a formal complaint and was told I'd be sent a gift card for this but I never received a gift card and i never returned as a customer again. read more

Where is this store located? Texas, Oklahoma? No, New Mexico!! Visited this location in past week looking for fall clothing. In the center of the store was college sports clothing for every university within 1000 miles of Las Cruces. The exception was the ONLY university located in Las Cruces- NMSU! didn't even have a t-shirt. If this store were in Austin or Norman you would not find racks of other school shirts! When I inquired about this obvious "oversight" the Old Navy employee could not give a understandable answer. read more

They dont cary any plus sizes, was told to shop online the point of going into the store is to try on the clothes. :(

Have shopped here in years, but everything was organized and clean. The clerks were super sweet and joyful to talk to as I checked out.

Just went to this Store, very bad cashier, she priced checked everything I bought as if I put the prices on myself, but found that they had put out bad pricing on every piece of merchandise I was buying and just removed the pieces that had been badly priced, with no apology or option. Never have I had this happened, I would fire that cashier, will never go here again. read more
