A young lady with short brown hair, she has it up and wears glasses. Every time I come into the store she's always talking to a coworker. Last time I came in she was wearing a pink shirt with strawberry shortcake. When I was checking out once and another young lady with long hair was helping me , the other girl was just hovering around her and kept trying to talk to her as she was helping me. The girl with black hair was wonderful that's why I choose to give three starts but because of the other young lady I had to deduct two stars. I've had great experiences with other employees except her. She hovers around the registers and if this is a commission based job which I hope not, then she needs to act better. This is a job, not a sit down with friends to chat. Very unprofessional.

No help or even a smile from the staff person- she was only one there but I didn't see her helping anyone... found a couple things only to find that one had broken snaps when we got home. Total waste this year. I'm bummed because we usually have such fun shopping in this store for my kids and my nieces and nephews. She was able to help me with my items when my children's place credit card was put on hold since i was in a different state. She called customer service for me. The customer service representative didn't know what to do. But since i received a text confirmation if i used my Children's place CC. Once i confirmed, I let Msrlene know what had happened. We put back the money from my debit card back and charged the amount to the Children's place credit card. Most cashiers would have a difficult time with transactions and would refused to help or give customers attitude. Children's place cielo vista mall is lucky to have Marlene as one of their staff. No did you find everything you needed or any other acknowledgment. She then told the gentleman help me at register two. Primark at Cielo Vista Mall - First Impressions…read more I hadn't stepped into Cielo Vista in ages, but curiosity got the better of me when I saw all the ads for Primark, one of the mall's newest (and biggest) stores. It's tucked upstairs in the corner with its own bright, welcoming entrance, and honestly, it feels like a cross between H&M and Old Navy. What Stood Out The store is huge with wide aisles and tons of associates ready to help. They carry everything--clothes for men, women, kids, bras, beauty products, shoes, home goods, even luggage. Prices are undeniably cheap. I snagged a pair of pants for $10 and a jacket for $20. Not the best quality, but perfect for refreshing basics or quick trends. Shopping Experience The checkout system was... interesting. You pick between regular or self-checkout, and while they charge for bags, there are free paper ones hidden at the bottom if you look closely. On the way out, you scan your receipt at a gate before leaving. Very different setup compared to other retailers. Overall Vibe Primark is fast fashion through and through. If you need affordable, on-trend clothing in a pinch, it delivers. But if you care about longevity or sustainability, you may find the quality lacking. Personally, I don't usually shop fast fashion because of how quickly it ends up in landfills--I prefer secondhand--but I wanted to check it out. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed a quick, budget-friendly piece. But for me, it felt a lot like items I could just order online from Amazon. Still, for El Paso shoppers who love variety at low prices, this store is going to be a hit.
