This bait and switch routine happens repeatedly at Kohl's. I was told to call the customer service number on my Kohl's card. Just try to reach help at that automated system. I finally got through to a live person whose accent was so strong I could barely understand him. He told me he would transfer my call to a supervisor, and then the call was disconnected. Don't waste your time or money with this clown show. I'll be grinning from ear to ear when I read that Kohl's has gone bankrupt. They deserve it!
