I recently went to the Las Cruces store to purchase goose down pillows, which the store website indicated were in stock. I wasted time and gasoline, as they only had the sample pillow and only one for sale. The item was supposed to be "buy one, get one for half price. This bait and switch routine happens repeatedly at Kohl's. I was told to call the customer service number on my Kohl's card. Just try to reach help at that automated system. I finally got through to a live person whose accent was so strong I could barely understand him. He told me he would transfer my call to a supervisor, and then the call was disconnected. Don't waste your time or money with this clown show. I'll be grinning from ear to ear when I read that Kohl's has gone bankrupt. They deserve it!
