I came in on Memorial Day and apparently so did everyone else! The store was extremely busy, most noticeably in the dressing rooms. The line wasn't clear, so there were people everywhere, and I personally couldn't tell which rooms were full or not. However, there were a lot of great deals. I got two tank tops that were on a sale together, and after purchasing those, some joggers, shorts, and a few pairs of t-shirts, the total was still less than a hundred. I wish I could give a higher rating based on prices alone, but the general chaos of the store and disorganization didn't exactly make me eager to return. read more

I was surprised at how clean things were in there. I expected to dash in and out to make my return, but got roped into one of their BOGO sales. Store looked clean and orderly and I appreciated the button installed outside to open the door. The counter was wiped down between customers and the clerk reminded me to stay behind the plexi for the duration of my transaction. Hats of to them on making their customers feel comfortable. I saw a lady in there with her baby, both without masks. Was surprised no one addressed this. read more

Oh guys why did you install that security system that always speaks when someone enters or exits the door? More commonly found in households. The store is pretty well laid out now compared to the time I was here a year ago and it was a complete mess. I was able to find my size in shorts, shirts and dresses very easily so I can tell the store associates are doing a good job placing everything where it should be and easily accessible. One thing I really like about this store is the activewear is so organized. If you don't already know me as a person, I'm a very organized individual and so I like things that are also organized. When you see things so organized you know where to find them. I also like seeing the price differences when something is on sale. These signs are sometimes not very visible at the other stores I've been to. My shopping experience here was definitely easy and I like the organization and visibility of the store now. As well as the friendly staff. This is definitely my favorite clothing store, if you all can't already tell by my two other reviews of it at various locations. read more

For years, this location has consistently been the most disorganized and messiest Old Navy I have visited in Columbus. While the Men's and Kid's departments seem to be more well kept, the Women's department looks like a tornado has touched down every time I walk into the store. I browse online and find items that I like, but when I visit in person the items I want to try on are never in stock. I don't why I continue to convince myself that it's worth it to keep returning to this location time and time again. Maybe one of these days I'll finally stop kidding myself. read more

By far the messiest Old Navy I have ever been to. I walked in and there were literally clothes thrown all over the floor. It was so bad that I couldn't even begin to think about shopping. I then got in line to return some merchandise. I stood in a line of 33 people and only 2 cashiers were being utilized. Meanwhile, the store manager and another employee were standing 15 feet right of the cashier station texting on their phones and chatting the entire time I was in line (approximately 20 minutes). This store and staff needs a major reality check. Until this place steps it up, I will drive the extra miles to the Lenox location. read more

So, let me start by saying that I've spent my fair share of money at Old Navy. I walked into this particular location tonight and it was bad enough for me to come on here and write this review from inside my car in the parking lot. Clothes were Everywhere, nothing was folded and there was product all over the floor. The sales rack looked like a child had a temper tantrum and took out his anger on the poor clothes.. The bathroom was disgusting, with toilet paper and trash all over the floor and counter. I almost laughed out loud when I saw the table at the exit, touting how great of a place the store the store is to work. I honestly dont think you could pay me enough to deal with that hot mess... I saw a few cute things, but I couldn't get myself out fast enough to even attempt to try my luck at the fitting room. The store's overall state looked like how you image a store looking after the chaos of Black Friday. Get it together Old Navy... You totally let me down tonight. Walked around while waiting for girlfriends to finish getting their nails done, and figured I'd go see the sales at Old Navy. Bought 2 $15 sweaters and a fluffy, furry jacket for $30 (a jacket like that from like Holister would be like $60 most likely).... but went into the dressing rooms like 3 times. Oh and cute selections on scarves right now! I couldn't help myself, winter was coming, and the sweaters were really really soft! Most Old Navy stores look the same to me and this is no exception. The space is stuffed with average stuff (meaning no petite, tall or plus options). Things are mostly well organized. The back corners: not so much. There is nothing spectacular about this place. And I think there are far better options online. read more

This store Store Manager Jenny is completely rude. I bring in a coupon with 30% off and the coupon has no restrictions if it's in store or online only. She would do nothing. Kept saying it's not one of their coupons over and over. But it clearly states OLD NAVY. Very very poor customer service. One the other hand my cashier Tracey was very nice and helpful with not understanding the coupon states valid till 11:59pm until 10/17.. TODAY! I'll also be calling corporate and filing a customer complaint as she the store manager did nothing to accommodate the customer. So all in all this store is lacking skills tremendously!! read more

Holy hot mess. This place was a total disaster I have been to garage sales that were more organized than this Old Navy store. There were piles upon piles of balled up clothing on the tables that did not match each other. The dressing rooms were total chaos with clothes everywhere and no one working in that area. When I went to check out my two items I had to wait in line for over 25 minutes due to one cashier working. I think that this Old Navy store really should consider hiring on more staff to keep the place clean and lessen the wait times at checkout. I cannot stand rummaging to search for purchases, so I don't think I will be back to this Old Navy. read more

Though the customer service at this store is excellent the state of the store is pretty deplorable for a large retail chain. The clothes are organized only slightly better than a thrift store, some shelves totally bare, many clothes completely unmarked or in the wrong location, and often clothes just lying on the ground. If you actually want to find what you are looking for I would recommend another location. read more

Go into the store to make an exchange. The girl at the register has a poor attitude. The manager is worthless when she asks for help. There is a line getting bigger due to the manager now helping instead of helping she needs to move clothes. No organization and zero customer service. I don't know why I keep going back to this store thinking it will be a different experience :( This store (like most Old Navy's) is a complete disastrous mess... However in the last 5 months since discovering I was expecting - I have been enlightened to a whole other issue. The maternity department of this store is a joke. I don't mean the size - I get it... you can only dedicate so much space to a specialized clientele like expectant mothers. But HOLY CRAP. The section where things are hanging area mixture of dresses, pants, and shorts - and if you can actually sift through them, you'll find that most of them aren't even maternity. The 'clearance' that is back there is all regular women's clothes and the 'sale' signs are so unclear b/c everything is such a jumbled mess. I went for the third time today hoping to try something on that I found online and I ended up leaving just completely pissed. The t-shirts were $20 while the rest of the store was $30%... Only to come home and get online and find out that they're actually on sale for 50% off!! No one in that store is helpful - I feel like they just completely avoid eye contact with you and pretend like they're really busy. So frustrating - this place is in a good location and should be a good experience. read more
