Fashionable clothing and accessories for the entire family without breaking the bank. We tend to hit their clearance racks or wait for their frequent sales and "old navy super cash" (tiered incentive program similar to Kohl's cash) offers to increase value, otherwise retail cost isn't much of a deal. Proximity to Target and Best Buy lends to high foot traffic, evidenced by their oftentimes full shared parking lot. For us, especially around holidays or $1 flip flop sales, this has resulted in hit or miss selection, tight quarters in certain departments, longer lines that wrap around the store, not to mention out of place merch slung everywhere. Surprisingly, most employees we've encountered have been pleasant! To avoid some of these pitfalls, we've ordered online where shipping is free when reaching certain totals. Our most recent order had some setbacks including 1 item cancelled due to stock shortage and 1 item that arrived way too small. Thankfully, this location accepts online returns in-store, which went over smoothly without incident.

Well stocked and organized

This old navy was very nice and the staff was great. Every single staff me ever I interacted with was super nice and extremely helpful. Devin was exceptionally great at helping me solve an issue with a previous purchase. The shop is very well kept and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping their store looking great.

Gap was always my go-to however Gap no longer has brick and mortar so Old Navy was suppose to be the next best thing. So I thought. I visited the Old Navy in Greenbrier only to find a store that looks like it's been ravaged through with piles of clothes everywhere! It's impossible to find sizes as the clothes are strewn all over the place. In addition to being dirty and a poor representation of the brand (GAP Inc) the customer service is even worse. I purchased a pair of boyfriend jeans and upon wearing them for the first time they ripped. So I take the jeans back and was informed that they are unwilling to stand by their product. To top it off I had the absolute displeasure of speaking with the Manager Joe who refused to provide me with the DM's info for escalation purposes. They are the worst. Just go to Lynnhaven or the Gap outlet in Norfolk. Save yourself the headache!

The last time I was here was about ten years ago and times have not been kind to this Shopping…read moreMall. It is still clean but about half or maybe more of the shops are unoccupied, the food court is pretty sad, and one of the anchor stores is gone. The stores that remain seem to be very slow and overall there are only few customers in the mall. I think about 30 cars were near Macy's where I parked. The Mexican restaurant Abuelo's looks like it is closed down but signs are still there but zero customers so I think it was closed. The only store that looked semi-busy was the Chinese massage place where there were about four people being massaged and one customer waiting. I honestly was just looking around to get some exercise on a cold day but I really couldn't find anything I really wanted to buy even if I was searching for something. There were also lots of kids just using the mall as a playground but they seemed to enjoy the empty mall. The highlights of my visit was the sports memorabilia store and the pet store. They were also the only places that the clerks engaged me to see if I needed any help. I guess we have to just get used to the slow death of shopping malls in the future and realize online shopping is here to stay.

Round up to 2.5 stars if primarily for shopping Round up to…read more3 stars for mall walking Met up with a friend and my sister to go mall walking since the heat was intense. It reminds me of a two story version of Pembroke Mall (RIP). They renovated the mall since I was last there. It looks cleaner and modern(ish). There are a lot of vacancies including where Reignforest tea was. We walked the entire perimeter of the top floor once and then the perimeter of the bottom floor twice which was an estimated 1.5 miles. Not a very far walk, but it was with intensity. A few notable stores in the mall were Macy's, rack room shoes and bath and body works. Otherwise, the mall was pretty dead with little activity. The food court was the area that was most booming with activity but it still felt like a ghost town. If you've ever seen zombie apocalyptic movies, it kind of has the vibes like the mall you would be running into to escape from the zombies. Except the mall was already dead when it was open.
