I was told that the hours for having clothes reviewed were 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., so I rushed to…read morearrive before closing and got there at approximately 2:50 p.m. When I arrived, the counter clerk indicated that they were closing early. There was no prior indication that the review hours had changed, and I explained that I had rushed to get there based on the hours I had been given. The clerk agreed to allow me to leave my items and briefly explained the process. When I asked her to repeat the explanation, I realized that leaving the clothes would automatically indicate that I accepted their offer. I was not comfortable with that, so I asked to wait instead, which I was allowed to do. My clothes were then piled together, and I was offered $56 for approximately $400 worth of clothing. I asked how many items they intended to keep and was told nine. I decided to decline the offer and thanked the clerk for her time. At that point, she picked up the clothes I had carefully folded and shoved them back into the bag. When I later counted the items, there were actually 13--not nine. The entire experience left me feeling that the process could have been handled much more professionally and transparently. Clear communication about the hours, a straightforward explanation of the process, accurate information about the number of items being accepted, and respectful handling of customers' belongings would have made a significant difference. I understand that a business is not obligated to make an offer that a customer considers satisfactory, but I do expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process.

I don't go shoe shopping often, so prices have definitely increased since the last time. After picking a pair I noticed they had shoes on clearance on the other side. Lol. Omg!! I was not going through that whole process again!! They had jewelry, kitchenwares, clothing, candy, bras, and etc. There were several different sales going on in different departments. Looks like your typical Ross store. I did find some nice Yankee Candles, Quadratini wafer cookies, a strawberry summer dress, and a lace duster on clearance. This visit was on a Sunday and I didn't expect there to be alot of people in there but when we got to the cashier line it was pretty long, so long that they announced that if we had clothes with hangers could we please remove them off the hangers in an effort to speed up checkout. Geez. The cashier that handled us was polite, fast, and we were on our way out.

I tried it on and loved it but I didn't get it right away and left it at the register. About 15 minutes later, I went back into the store because I couldn't pass it up. The coat wasn't on the rack behind the register anymore and wasn't in the coat section where I first saw it. Three employees, Sheena, Nya, and Maria, helped me to find the coat which had been put back in a different section. Really appreciate their patience and help. This Burlington has great customer service, is clean, and has a good selection of products. Definitely recommend.

It's a winding, clean, up to date shopping area with a plethora of stores & eateries too numerous to list. Landstown Commons is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The restaurant I visited was in a cute area with a small one way around and back with a greenway & trees in the middle. It was very aesthetically pleasing. The selections of businesses in this area were mixed and varied, leading one to want to revisit & explore. What a change the Dam Neck, General Booth area has experienced in the almost 40 years since we were house hunting following our move from Atlanta. During that time there were almost no housing developments in the area. We looked at one under construction on the east side of General Booth. But there was absolutely no shopping centers or eateries. It felt as if we were in the country, in the midst of fields. Dam Neck & Plaza Trail had not been extended. Nimmo Parkway didn't exist. Who would want to live in an area with no amenities? But who could have envisioned what it would become. Now the area is teaming with shopping, restaurants & housing developments. After my first visit I think Landstown Commons must be the crown jewel of them all. Even though it's a long distance from my house, it will require another exploration visit. It was too near sundown on my first visit to stay. There may be similar areas. I see an exploration trip in my future.

There is a great variety of eateries and stores that satisfies my need to window shop or spend money! The center has 2 entrances - 1 on Princess Anne Rd and 1 on Dam Neck, both with stoplights. The PA entrance can be a little hairy during the lunch hour or busy weekends, but isn't too bothersome. There are always those who don't want to abide by the unspoken rules of the 3-way stop and yield to incoming traffic. There is ample parking if you don't mind not parking directly in front of the store you are going to during busy hours. Several of the stores (Carter's, Ulta, Old Navy) have curbside pick up so you may see vehicles parked on the curb. I really like that I can hit Kohl's and the aforementioned stores on foot easily as they are on opposite sides of the parking lot from each other. Best Buy is also convenient along with several other boutique stores, Phoenix Salon Suites, IT stores, you name it. Most of the eateries (aside from BWW, IHOP, Ynot and Super Ninja) are on a separate roundabout near the Dam Neck entrance. This can get a little crazy at lunch hour too, so I always recommend parking behind the restaurants for easy-in/easy-out. The center is well-maintained and always looks clean. I notice the golf cart occasionally making the morning rounds before 8am to empty bins and pick up stray trash. So long as I'm working nearby, you can find me here on the regular!

Parking can be a headache in Town Center, but there is a free parking garage conveniently located across the street, so it's an easy walk to the store. The new location is so much bigger and spacious than the previous locations, where the trendy hipster vibe is more upbeat with their nicely arranged display of merchandise. They carry a wide variety of popular streetwear brands like Stussy, Vans, and Carharrt. One nice addition to the store is their matcha bar. I took advantage of this and ordered the strawberry matcha latte which was really good! The staff is always cool and never pushy with sales. Be sure to follow their social media, they're always hosting some fun release events held at local venues.
