One of the managers told me to look at the receipt, I guess it said it there, but it didn't . First it was the 24 hr policy, then it was that the dress smelled like perfume. You can't have two excuses to why you can't give me my refund. Mind you, someone was getting the store manager and he didn't even bother showing up. He instead allowed the refund to happen. Problem solved! Here some advice from a customer, if you guys follow policy and not just wanting a quick buck, be fair with the customers and explain the fine print, not word of mouth!

THEN they said that they only accepted returns for new and unused products. This shoe is clearly defective. They don't care. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's especially extremely difficult to get around the store if you have a stroller or are in a wheelchair. Shopping here in the summer time is the worst because of the lack of air...this location doesn't have an A.C. not quite sure that they even have a fan! The service here is very slow, I came in to make a return and it took forever just to get to the counter.
