I described exactly what I was looking for and what the theme of my party was and they made suggestions but ultimately they ended up making a custom dress for me that was completed in two days.!!!!! Two days for a completely custom dress that matched the theme of my birthday perfectly they really came through in the clutch and the quality of the dresses were out of control! I have never felt so attacked during a retail experience. I try to avoid conflict- so I assumed that this was just a simple misunderstanding and that she might think that I was seeking a discount- so I explained to her I was happy to pay the sticker price on her dresses if I liked one. However, she kept going... She finally paused for a breath after about another 5 minutes and I asked if she could focus on helping me find a new reception dress rather than attacking a reception dress that she had never seen. She then got very confrontational and explained that she was trying to "teach me a lesson" on how to shop and told me if I didn't want to hear her out I could go elsewhere- which I gladly did.
