Unfortunately, I had to exchange because the bride wanted Edmarld green and I purchased a pastel green outfit. The ladies were very nice and sweet. If you need to find an outfit for a special occasion, this is the place. Ladies thank you so much!

I guess its expected, but they completely disregard a customers loyalty. I never recommend to family members or friends. Poor service, hiked prices, and poor quality. The owner is very unfriendly. I recently purchased a light pink dress with studs on the chest, it's completely stunning. It took approximately 4 minutes for them to look for a dress that worked for me, that fit and that I liked. There's also a private space for you to try on the dressed downstairs. If you happen to stop by, you don't need to purchase the dress, you could even rent it and bring it back. Additionally, there's a variant amount of clothes you could by. There's quirky pants, nice and airy shirts, underwear's and much more amazing items.

I asked the woman if a company makes split sole slippers for toddlers. I was a dancer for years and I knew what I wanted. She said no. I didn't really believe her, but my daughter was so excited to have ballet slippers, I didn't have the heart to leave without getting a pair. So I bought a Capezio pair for $22. I promptly went home and found split sole slippers on amazon for much less, from a reputable brand. The woman was also quite short with us, did not greet us when we came in, and didn't really answer my questions about sizing. I was hoping for a neighborhood spot to return to for years. I'll have to keep looking.

Then, I saw Porta Bella, I must say I am impressed. I bought three of them for around $250. Once you buy suits, they won't refund you, but will exchange you. Now the store inventory is mediocre, overpriced and are all final sales. However the worse part is the only let you try on 3 dresses, not at a time, overall. So if after 3 dresses you still wanted to look you were out of luck. Even if you found a dress you would have to risk buying it (as a final sale) without trying it on. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and I will not go again, neither should you.
