I'm actually upset at my boyfriend because he should of saw the signs. When he tried on the pants The Taylor did not put any marks or pins in where he wanted them fitted. The Taylor asked him if he liked the waist he told him yes don't touch the waist and still when he bought the pants her they fit like Leggins. The waist way to small. Idk how u just completely destroy a pair pant but they manage to do it. When we brought the pants back to return them they would not and said they would fix them but the pants couldn't be fixed the Taylor took off to much material. So now my man is stuck with black leggings. There's a much better place on the corner of Fordham n Marion

I have nothing positive to share and as much money as my family spends in this store I'm sure they won't be back. Train your staff accordingly. Professionalism is what will make or break you. That's just the direction retail is going; get on board! I would have given the store 0 stars honestly. And the sad part is they had the exact kicks I wanted. However, your "greeeter" forgot she was at work with such a nasty attitude. Sorry, I have no photo to share, because I barely got past the front door. She didn't want to check for a size in shoes, she obviously didn't want her store to fill up today with customers either lol. I'm all for promoting employment; but I refuse to encourage others to shop anywhere people treat you distasteful. Do better, be better!~ Best.
