I had purchased Lucky Brand slacks at other major department stores but as I was browsing at Nordstrom's I was told, they no longer carried their clothing. So we walked over to the Lucky Brand store located on the lowest level ( L1) of the mall and we were greeted by Narda Brissett, who greeted me warmly and after asking me a few pertinent questions about my shopping preferences, became my personal " dresser"! Narda made great suggestions and while I went into Lucky Brand thinking I might buy one or two pairs of jeans or slacks, my wife and I walked out with two shopping bags filled with sweaters, slacks and warm winter shirts! Did I mention that most of their clothing was reduced by up to 70%! Their prices were so low, it made sense to start stocking up on clothing for the spring as well as next winter! The key to our wonderful shopping experience was the extraordinary help and attention we received from one of the most gifted salesperson, Narda Brissett! I asked for her name since in my experience of shopping, it's rare to receive such caring attention that made me a loyal Lucky Brand Customer!

Bonobos is pretty much an online retailer, though they do have brick and mortar spaces called guideshops. These guideshops to not directly sell merchandise, rather they have samples on display. You are taken care of by an associate who will measure you and help you pick pieces out which will then be shipped to you. I don't really utilize the guideshops, especially since I take advantage of online sales and I usually don't like people helping me when shopping. However, I was in The Westchester and noticed that this one recently opened; my curiosity got the best of me so I decided to go in. The store was nicely set up - they had a number of this season's items on display, and the associates were super helpful. I ultimately didn't purchase anything this trip, but I definitely wouldn't be against it in the future. The selection and helpful staff definitely complement (for me at least) the Bonobos brand as a whole.

Perfect for someone like me who likes to browse or when on a mission- get in and out. For those of you were haven't been to a Sierra picture a Marshall's or TJ Maxx but for outdoor active consumers (owned by same parent company). You can literally find everything from shoes to swimwear to ski gear, shorts and tees. The list goes on and on. Lots of name brands and high quality items. Water bottles, socks, skateboards and I recall seeing a kayak at some point. Point is if you are looking for anything to either wear under or over or by itself within the active bracket come here. You'll find accessories along the way. The store is clean, organized and the staff has always been very friendly. In fact since I've been coming here there are a few loyal workers who have been with me since the beginning. It's always nice to see a familiar face. What frustrated me was the lack of care (and attention) for how long the line was. The cashiers didn't even notice, or try to ring items up a bit faster. Manager moved even slower so no help there. The woman that rang me up had to switch registers due to a glitch on the computer- no problem. The speed at which she was moving, problem, because it caused the line to get backed up and people were getting impatient. She assumed my frustration was due to switching to a new register- it wasn't. It was the lack of attention from both cashiers about how quickly the line was building and adapting, aka doing your best to get people in and out. Now I don't know if this was the best they could do or if they were new but this whole experience could have been better. Instead the two cashiers chitchatted about everything under the sun, slowly typed in peoples' emails, slowly asked about signing up for a card, slowly took the tags off, and slowly packed everything into the bag. This is why Sierra has a ton of online orders- too slow when you come into the store which is unfortunate because the store has good stuff. Dear Sierra, please train cashiers to move quickly when lines are long and more importantly, having the awareness to notice that.

The inverted and variety are not as much as some of the bigger stores. They have good collection of jackets, dresses and bottoms. Mostly women not much for men. Their clothes are on the pricier side, but the quality pas off for the cost. The associates are friendly. They help out with fitting room runs. At the register, they have been quick and efficient whenever we did a purchase or had a return. Happy to have a small version of this store close to home.
