This store is always organized and fully stocked. If you come with the mentality for a certain item, you most definitely come out with that item and 20 more pieces after that. They have updated clothes and accessories that fit for every occasion. Personally, if I needed to shop for something quickly I would come here.

While I didn't buy one of the dresses from outside, the inside of this store definitely did not disappoint. They have a ton of cute dresses, whether you need to dress up for the club or a nice lunch out. Most of the dresses ranged from $15-$20. I like that there were all different cuts and styles, making it easier to fit curvy body types and also making them look a little more expensive. I bought one dress for $15.99 but will be be back to check out other items. This store had a variety of jeggings, jeans, shirts, etc. that caught my eye. It also has a nice section of purses and costume jewelry, though I didn't look at the jewelry so can't speak to it's quality. The staff was pleasant as well and there is a dressing room- yay! That should seem obvious but some other stores nearby do not have one, so I was glad. You can take 4 items in at a time. For the area, this seems like one of the nicer clothing stores. Reasonably priced with cute clothing.

To kill time I needed a tank top with a built-in hidden bra which mine was worn out from being stretched. Clothing racks appears well stocked and organized. Fashion is present to 2018 era and price is reasonable to Rainbow Shops. Very tight aisle walking space between circular clothing racks as a tripping hazard and limited access blocking egress. Women's fashion accessories as ear rings, bracelets, and purses are in stock. I was eyeing one cute small pink purse which I appears to coordinate with brightly colored clothing. The background music is awful of poor genre and boisterously loud. Customer service is non-existent. Staff are fluent in Spanish and speak rudimentary English. Store return policy is: "cash refunds allowed only at store of original purchase and merchandise returned after seven (7) days will receive store credit only."

I am…read morevery shocked at the reviews, but it is understandable because each person will have a different experience. My review comes from going to this store location for years and after shopping at several of their locations including those in Puerto Rico. This Rainbow gets 5 stars from me because it checks all the boxes. First this store is HUGE. Even though it is huge everything is on the same floor so you are not going to different areas or floors to find stuff which is great for those who are handicap. So much space to walk around and so much fashion to select from. The countless times I shopped at this Rainbow I have found so many stylish and beautiful fashion pieces from dresses to tops to shoes-I have found it all in one store. If you are looking for women's clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry you will find these things here. Everything they have in the store is affordable and trendy. The customer service was never a problem for me, but then again whenever I went into the store my primary purpose was to buy fashion and my focus was on that. If you need clothing just look around at the clothes and try not to pay attention to the workers. You are there for yourself not them and you are cheating yourself out of a nice shopping experience if you do not look at all their cool clothes. Really take the time to browse around because there are so many pretty pieces and unique fashion items that are hidden in the racks too to help you put together a nice look.

Since they don't have prices on their clothes, I have no other choice but to ask ask for the prices thru WhatsApp, like they said to do. And since I've never have purchase anything from them, they have me on archived thru WhatsApp were they don't receive anymore of my messages and therefore they don't reply. Terrible, Horrible and discrimination against customers that haven't had the chance to purchase any of their overpriced clothes. The the lady owner sent me a picture of this review that I posted on Google and instead of being apologetic, she was very nasty and rude. Also insulting me by saying that I can't afford her prices. She's a nasty person and I will post a picture of her text right here.

I already have a reception dress but wanted to pick up a back up since I don't love my dresses fit now that I've lost a bit of weight. I let the owner know that my wedding dress was the same brand as my prior reception dress and that I bought it while I was travelling abroad- which fortunately had brought down the price significantly. After mentioning this to the owner she asked me the price of my reception dress which I thought was odd... She then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes berating me, my reception dress as well as my taste in clothing. She implied that I was lying, called my reception dress cheap and suggested that at that price point it must be used (which is completely untrue). I have never felt so attacked during a retail experience. I try to avoid conflict- so I assumed that this was just a simple misunderstanding and that she might think that I was seeking a discount- so I explained to her I was happy to pay the sticker price on her dresses if I liked one. However, she kept going... She finally paused for a breath after about another 5 minutes and I asked if she could focus on helping me find a new reception dress rather than attacking a reception dress that she had never seen. She then got very confrontational and explained that she was trying to "teach me a lesson" on how to shop and told me if I didn't want to hear her out I could go elsewhere- which I gladly did. I have never never felt so offended. I literally went out of my way and took the 1 train about an hour north of where I live in midtown to check this place out. Her prices are much lower than the shops in my area since she's all the way uptown (almost in the Bronx) and significantly below my budget - but I guess the saying is true... you get what you pay for. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or she this is just how she is- however I would avoid this store at all costs.
