She was being very insisting on financing the set. My wife told her various times that she was not interested. I asked her a few common questions as far as what was the return policy, and the fees, the sales rep was getting upset because of the line of questioning, asking why are we gonna bother, if we were just gonna return it. She stated that we couldn't pick up our lay away with a card, and it had to be done in cash, I asked where does it say we can't, she said that she is stating it, and that's it. She insulted me by calling me undesirable, in Spanish, and stated after we signed the bill of rights, that they have the right to sell the set if they choose, if someone comes in ready to purchase it, after the fact that we put a down-payment of $1000.00, just to instal fear into us, so that they can get the immediate sale, through financing. I've never seen or heard anything as such, as everything stated was illegal, and non ethical. Do not recommend shopping here, as they try to pull a fast one, just to make a quick sale, by any means possible.

I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.
