From what I could gather, Backstreet provides several services relating to art prints; additionally, they also work with an external company to provide VHS to DVD conversion services. I was initially told there would be a 2-week turnaround time and that I would receive a call once the job was finished. To be transparent, it was a rocky road between dropping off my print and picking it up; I did not receive it until about 1.5 months later. However, Eileen was very transparent with the progress and performed a great service recovery. Overall, I wouldn't say this was the smoothest transaction, but Backstreet ultimately delivered and provided good customer service.
