She was knowledgeable about the products and over all pleasant. I wish I got her name so I could give her a shot out lol. I used this shop to sell some jewelry and I was disappointed by their inconsistent information…read more First I went to the location near me and was told that I needed to go to their other location in order to get full price for the items I wanted to sell because they could only give me a price for the gold, not the jewels (precious stones). I explained that I'm disabled and that getting to the other location would be a hardship for me, but they insisted that's where I had to go. So I made the difficult trip to the other location and they told me there that they had no way to figure out the worth of the stones, so they would only give me a price for the gold. This means I could have sold the jewelry at the first location and didn't need to go through so much trouble and pain. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to sell to them because it's not possible for me to get around and check other shops, but they deceived me so I don't trust them to make another sale.

I went with my friend who was visiting from out of state, and we made charm bracelets together. The bracelets start at $35, with additional costs for each charm. They had a huge selection to choose from, and after picking our favorites, they put everything together and sized it to our wrists.
