Addison was my sales person and he was amazing. I purchased a green T-shirt long green cargo shorts and a pair jeans. As I was checking out a woman wearing a Hijab was the cashier and she's unbelievably unprofessional first I overheard her talking to a teenage girl that was doing a return and telling her oh you have a baby you're a baby yourself to be having a baby. Then when she rang up my merchandise she just wasn't warm didn't ask about my shopping experience, nothing. didn't say goodbye didn't seem like she really cared and that bothered me. The problem is Addison is the only sales person that I have dealt with in a few years that actually knows the merchandise. Had I gone in there like I usually do with no one knowing anything I would have left empty-handed.

The sleek design, and organization of the store makes it easy to navigate and find your gender and age zones, while still being able to navigate easily from adults to kids. New technology allows you to self checkout, with the help of staff, where you place your items on a weighted scale and the register automatically rings up your items without having to scan each item. Very cool. I haven't seen that technology anywhere else. Given the huge space, there is a wide variety of selection of items and the perfume section is heavenly and beautifully displayed.

I spent about 30 minutes there quietly using my phone while they continued shopping. At approximately 8:20 PM, a security guard approached me and told me that the store would be closing in 10 minutes. Naturally, I understood that to mean the store was closing at 8:30 PM. Wanting to make sure my family had enough time to complete their purchases, I called my wife and told her to wrap things up, pay for the items, and meet me outside. I then left the store and waited for them outside. However, because of the long checkout line, my wife and daughter were still inside around 8:40 PM. While waiting, I noticed that customers were continuing to enter the store and that the same security guard was not stopping them. That's when I realized the store was actually scheduled to close at 9:00 PM on Saturdays, not 8:30 PM. Confused, I approached the security guard and asked, "Didn't you tell me 20 minutes ago that the store was closing in 10 minutes?" I was genuinely trying to understand the situation. Rather than providing an explanation, he repeatedly said, "Excuse me." Not understanding what he meant, I responded, "Yes?" expecting him to answer my question. Instead, he replied that when he says "excuse me," it means I should get out of his way so he can continue doing his job. At that point, the issue became much bigger than a misunderstanding about store hours. First, I was given inaccurate information that caused me to leave the store unnecessarily. Then, when I politely asked for clarification, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the security guard felt I had been sitting in the store too long, he could have simply approached me and politely explained that seating was intended for customers actively shopping, or asked me to wait outside. I would have gladly complied. I am a respectful person and would have had no issue with a reasonable request. Instead, I was misled about the store closing time and then treated disrespectfully when I sought clarification. My wife and daughter eventually came out excited about all the items they had purchased, but after what had happened, I told them we would be returning everything and taking our business elsewhere. This interaction turned what should have been a pleasant family shopping trip into one of the worst retail experiences I have had. Zara should ensure that employees and contracted security personnel provide accurate information to customers and treat them with professionalism and respect.

The inverted and variety are not as much as some of the bigger stores. They have good collection of jackets, dresses and bottoms. Mostly women not much for men. Their clothes are on the pricier side, but the quality pas off for the cost. The associates are friendly. They help out with fitting room runs. At the register, they have been quick and efficient whenever we did a purchase or had a return. Happy to have a small version of this store close to home.

Well, the sock rep kindly informed me that everything from the right side over is on sale and everything on the left was regular price. They had pizza socks, Mickey mouse socks, and art socks. It was a socksation! (Yes, I said it.) I had to reign it in from the 8 in my hand and limit myself to only getting two pairs. Now the socks were priced at $16.99, $18 99, etc . On sale, they were around $8 or $9. Some of the socks for children were way more fun than the adult selection, so that was a bit lame. Also, $8 isn't really considered much of a sale when Macy's is across the street. Would I stop by again? Maybe to see what else they have in the future, but not running back purposefully as my go-to sock place. Do I regret my sock purchase? Not at all!
