Came from five below to use the restroom, used restroom and rushed out forgetting my wallet. By the time I got to my car I realized I was missing my wallet, went back in to five below,checked with them and no luck. If I could give this location -5 stars I would! I guess the cashiers at this location don't care to Check ID for old navy credit card users, my card was stolen & charged in the amount of $338.61 I really hope the ignorant cashier that can't seem to do a simple task of checking IDs loses his/her retail position. Hubs and I went in to pick up things I'd seen online and Ended buying a LOT more ALL at great prices! Wish the sales people did more than just point to where some of the items we were looking for instead of standing around together and talking to each other when we first got There. Left old Navy at 6:23pm spent 31.84 went to buy gas and checked my account because my card kept saying see cashier and found out that the cashier at old navy chard my card 8 times for 48.87 and 1 time for 30.45 None of those totals I have a receipt for because that's not the total I spent so now it's 8:25 and I am wait for the mngr. to check the cameras to see if I made those purchase might have t wait till Monday to see any results becaus it could tak up to 3-5 business days read more

Either this store just has a lazy staff, or they seriously need to hire more people. I went in around 10 this morning, and when checking out there was literally only one person at the register... and prior, I went to the dressing rooms and there was nobody there to unlock doors for at least 15-20 minutes. Where is everyone? I also felt like, just walking around the store, I hardly encountered any employees. Old Navy is okay, usually, but come on. Hire more people, please! Checking out is my biggest gripe with this place. I feel like it always takes so much longer than necessary. read more

This Old Navy is very clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and they had a lot of different size selections. And when we went it was awesome they had Sales Plus they gave you cash (paper) depending on the amount you spent to come back and spend more money. Got a couple of summer dresses for ten bucks can't beat that! read more

Nice store, friendly staff. Came in here to use my free cash from a previous purchase. Got some workout gear and outfits for the hubby and girls. Taking out one star because they didn't have a lot of my size (s) but just happy my girls got to pick out their own outfits and it didn't break the bank! :) will be back for summer clothes soon! read more

Let me start with the fact that I love Old Navy, over the years I've been able to find some great deals. My problem with this Old Navy is customer service. I had an employee complain to be about organizing racks, when I talked to the manager I was offered, and I quote "$5 appeasement bucks". First merchandise was low there wasnt really anything to choose from in that store for girls. 2nd after I was rung up by young female cashier an item at bottom of list rang up for 12.94 not 1 single item i purchased should have been that much. She didn't believe it called manager to see. He was even worse . I purchased exact same items and size for the correct price why couldn't they ring me up correctly or even correct their mistake. No it took almost 30 minutes of talling up the cost and figure out why the exact same shorts on sale for 6 bucks had rang up like that. So they both couldn't figure out how to fix it. If I could give a zero I would. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in a store before! Let me start off by saying that I love old navy's clothes because they fit me well and that's not common for me. I was excited to get some new things for a job promotion I received and was determined to find some pieces to add for the occasion. I spent about 45 minutes in the store and picked up a two pants, one work out pant and three tops. It first started when I was in line. One cashier and a long line of people. I think the line took me about 10 minutes to get through and I was 3rd or 4th in line when it started to get backed up. Eventually another cashier was called and this is who I went to. Young girl, brown hair, chewing on gum as if it was threatening to run out of her mouth. She began to ring up my merchandise when I realized that one of my three shirts was a different price. I stopped her and asked why one of my shirts was a different price and asked if they where all the same (I tried on one and then grabbed different colors of each so I totally thought I grabbed a different style by accident. No biggy!) The girl ignored me!!! She said "well did you read the sign?" What? What sign, old navy always has sales on everything so I really wasn't focused on the sign when I got it. Mind you, this meant I was willing to pay for them regardless of price. So this cashier got another person to come up "he will show you the sign" WHAT! I don't need to see the sign, just tell me if they are the same shirts. Ignored me again. I told her I'm not leaving my spot, especially after just waiting that long to get to that point. So the guy wanders off to the shirts. I'm trying to explain to this girl my concern and I finally unfolded all the shirts to make sure they where the same cut! AND THEY WERE! They all said he same thing on the tag but in different colors. I asked why one could be a different price. The girl would not answer me she was just focused on the sign. "The sign would say what shirts are on sale." But they are all the same tops, why would they be different prices? Getting nowhere I finally resorted to the "let me speak to your manager" line. Which I hate. I didn't want it to get to that point. Well the manager never showed, but she did go to the sign.....which by the way I have now been in the store for over an hour. The cashier said that she would be at the registers in a minute and tried to cancel out my purchase and I told her that if she did I would walk out. This girls body language and eye rolling was the worst. I even flat out told her that I was sorry for being such an inconvenience. Her body language said it all! She didn't want to be dealing with me....apparently neither did the manager because she never showed up. I waited for about 5-8 minutes and still nothing. Mind you I could walk the store in 30 seconds if I had too, it's not the biggest old navy there is. Finally after getting tired of being ignored I told them I'd like the corporate number and I'll be filing a complaint. The cashier talked to the manager through her ear piece asking for the corporate number. Then She turns to me and said "it's 1800 old navy and she says you can call that" my eyes got as big as saucers! I looked at her and asked "so the manager isn't going to come up here and help with this mess? That's it?" And the cashier just shrugged! I was so mad! I was wrong for saying "go fuck yourselves" but I know I wasn't wrong to save my money and leave. Once in my car I cried. CRIED! I was so angry about how I was treated and am still disgusted. I wasn't rude but straight forward with them up until I couldn't handle it any more and blurted out the F bomb, which I'm sorry for. And I left in such a hurry so that I wouldn't be seen crying in public over some silly clothes even though it was about how poorly I was treated. My exited shopping trip turned crappy really quick. I am so disappointed in my experience and it makes me never want to step foot in another old navy for risk of poor treatment. I would have been fine with a logical answer. I would have been fine with the cost, but I was not fine and am still not ok with how awful their customer service is. I work with hundreds of people of day and I would definitely lose my job if I ever treated anyone the way I was treated this evening. read more

Store does not close at 7p.m. as shown on line or on the sign posted at the storefront window. Store closed at 6:50 p.m. I could have quickly purchased what I needed. Old Navy needs to inform customers that after a specific time shoppers will not be allowed into the store. read more

I went to get new maternity shirts. I was looking for an employee to ask some questions, and after circling the store twice with my 2 kids and seeing 0 employees on the floor, I was thankful for an off duty employee who saw me and offered to help. Then, there were 6 people in line, and only one cashier. I asked if there was anyone he could call for back up and he said the manager was in the back. I asked to speak with her and another woman came up. When I told her she lost a customer due to staffing issues, she didn't seem at all concerned. I will not be returning. read more

Out of all the Old Navy's I've been to, they had the best deals! Maybe its because I'm from CA and AZ had cheaper prices....I don't know. I"m not complaining. Just happy with everything I bought. This old navy is a nightmare. First of all, SO. DIRTY. cups from different restaurant everywhere and there were clothes everywhere. None of the displays were organized and everything is piled up like a freakin landfill. Also, it took 30 MINUTES for me to check out. I was standing in the front of the line for 10 minutes and then it took forever to even check out MY ONE PAIR OF SHORTS. I even had to remind the sales person that they were having a sale. It was ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only nice lady was the one in the dressing room so shout out to her. Thanks, Old Navy, for having such great sales! I have 4 daughters still living at home, ranging from age 10-18, and we love to hit the sales! We can usually walk away without spending an arm and a leg, and get some great deals. I also have an Old Navy credit card, and they run sales, for card users only, which are really nice. Also, they have a rewards program, that gives you cash back to spend in their store. There have been times I leave there feeling like I robbed the place, because I pay so little, and get so much, with all the incentives they offer. read more

Terrible service! First their registers don't work and don't take any credit cards. I find out after waiting in line for almost 20min. And all they say was "cash only" without giving you options or even an apology. Then they have misleading signs and when I go and want to talk to the manager all she said was "I know, this is all we have" no management skills or solution focused. There are NEVER employees available on the floor walking around or able to assist with questions! I've only seen two employees in the store at a time, which are usually at the register or hiding, and it is very frustrating. They only reason I selected is because when I actually find an employee, they are generally kind and apologetic for the lack of assistance available. read more

Buyers Beware!!! I spent $150 here Sunday on back to school clothes for my boys. Got home and realized one of the shirts was missing, not in the bags or the trunk, and was charged for it. Called the store and the guy said come back tomorrow to sort it out. When I did come back was told that I was given all of my items...I KNOW that isn't the case!! There is no way it was given to me and I lost it. My mom checked out behind me at the same register and it wasn't given to her either. Store wouldn't take responsibility for the missing item, and ripped me off for the $15 shirt either they gave to someone else or put back on the shelf. I will never spend money at this store again and will continue to warn others about their disgusting practices. read more

Went to this store the other day and there were about 7 girls in there . It seemed as if they were hosting a meeting (the other 6 girls ) while the only one girl was trying to ring out the person infront of me who clearly was goin to take a while because she had an online order . There was that customer ,me and another one in line . When I worked in customer service even when we had a store meeting during store hours if there were customers waiting I would go ahead and take care of them first and then my manager would update me on the meeting as soon as I was finished .
