This Ross store has been my go-to store for the last 5-6 years... since they open. Very close to my house, no need to travel farther to find the same chaotic scene at the toy aisle. It is very well stocked, but just like any other Ross store, you have to go through every single item on the rack to actually find the correct size on the wrong hanger size. I've always loved the little gems I've found in the kitchen utensils section, you never know!! Some days are better than others, one day the store looks very clean and organized, and others it's just a mess on the floors. But I guess it is not the store's fault but the clientele. I always try to pick up the toys from off of the floor just so that I can pass, but other people don't care, they let their kids go crazy. I've heard the staff members over the sound system ask the parents to keep their little ones by their side... they might think it's the play area at McDonalds or something! read more

I was excited to get a little time out of the house with my little one. Grabbed some Starbucks and figured I would walk around Ross and shop a bit. They do not allow open items in the store... Fair enough. I've come here in a few occasions as it's close to my house. I find their selection to be lacking compared to other locations. Aside from the selection, the store is often disorganized and the lines are always long, regardless of the time of day. I typically like Ross because you can find some gems, but this location isn't it. read more

Great experience at this Ross. Just went there for holiday shopping and the store was clean, the employees were nice, and the selection of clothes was great and cheap. New to the neighborhood so this will be my go-to from now on read more

Goofy ass manager. I went in there to get one trash can. Why wait until I get up there to send your people on break. The lady in front of me had a damn cart full of crap. You send them on break when I could've got checked out and left in 2 minutes. Store wasn't even busy. I left that damn trash can right there. Then the other employee that was up there I just yapping with LP or whatever he's supposed to be. Us common sense. read more

Very rude manager "Lena" to be exact. I didn't have a big enough car to fit the $70 mirror I purchased here. It's already 10:30pm i asked if I could pick It up tomorrow and she says no other wise she would "have to return it and I can come back in three days to pick it up" Supposedly this isn't allowed "due to covid" when I did the same thing at a different Ross and was able To come back to pick up my large purchase. Very rude and unprofessional. Now here I am waiting for a friend to drive their truck down and it's almost close to closing time. read more

Clean for a Ross, but during my visit, there was ONLY 1 cashier with the usual long line trailing between the dress racks. Clean restroom. Every single piece of clothing had a security tag, even items for $2.99. Maybe they have high theft here??? I dunno, but, whatever bonehead randomly pierced the security tag into knits (instead of along the seam) has just ruined the apparel that's now doomed for a growing hole in the clothing...DUMB! (thus, the 2-STAR rating!) This store and shopping center (anchored by a Target) seems pretty new, there were newer housing divisions nearby, but I had this looming feeling like I was in the Maryvale area...not sure why. There is a Kohl's across the street, a Starbucks in the same shopping center, along with a Dollar Tree, and Kirkland's. read more

There was this girl with blue hair who showed so much hostility towards us. I was with my Spanish speaking mother who asked to see some glasses. She gets them out and slams stuff everywhere. I was like "okay" maybe she just has a heavy hand. But then she seemed to have a big attitude (as a person who works in customer service I get it the job may be stressful) but it is no way to treat someone who is shopping and is asking simple questions. Then my mother said this wasn't the first time she acted hostile towards her. So we complained to the manager and he was pretty nice! Though when we said to the girl her attitude wasn't very good she had an "okay and???" Behavior and my mom said "you always treat me this way" and she was like "I don't recognize you" and she was like "I do though" and she just clapped her hands sarcastically. And before then my mom was openly complaining and she was like "omg Hispanic people--" and also pretended she didn't know Spanish when talking with my mom. Racially motivated?? I don't know, but it seems super rude. 2 stars for the manager though and the girl that checked us out, they were cool! read more

It's a Ross. The lines are long on the weekends but they usually have a full staff going on the registers so it is, what it is. Store is clean & the staff helpful. read more

This store is a little more disorganized than the other Ross stores. For some reason I also feel as though they have less availability except in the kitchen section, this is where they excel. Thy have so many fun and cute nick nacks at an affordable price. It's always fun to go wonder around to see what type of treasures you find. read more

Went in for a return and the associate gave me nothing but attitude everytime I asked a question. She was the only person ringing people up while the manager was gossiping with the loss prevention ladies. Did not think about helping the super long line of people and she overheard the associate being rude to me very loudly in front of everyone. To clarify I was trying to figure out if somebody else did the returns and if I should just jump in the long line and wait like everyone else instead of the return line since it was just her. When I asked the first question, with an attitude she said she does the returns and turned around and continued to help someone else. I waited and she helped the next person. So i asked the second question but I assume she thought I was trying to rush her so she cut me off and very loudly told me I just got there and I need to wait. I can tell this is probably the norm at this location. AVOID THIS STORE! Also upon arriving Loss prevention looked me up and down and literally kept staring at me as I went straight to the return line for the return then proceeded to gossip and laugh. The whole vibe of the store comes off so toxic.AVOID!! read more

I went today to buy lost of gifts and clothes for the Holidays, the costumer service was awful from the ladies in the floor to the Manager on Duty named Miguel. There where some items without a tag and it was hard to find the price. I kindly asked the one of the ladies working on the floor and she rudely told me told me " I don't know, find out at the register" I wen straight to ask the manager and he told me to find another similar item to find out the price instead of assisting me how he was to do so. Lately, by the time to decide what to finally take home, me and my cousin decided to move some stuff from the car and we placed it in another basquet near the register. At that moment, the manager Miguel told us in a very rude manner "if you don't want the items make dont leave them there, make sure to bring them to the front" wish I responde OK while we continue deciding what we wanted. The manager again raised his voice talking in spanish and with a very rude tone telling us "te dije que no dejaras las cosas ahi". Honestly, at this moment I was about to leave all the items and leave the store since I was treated so badly. By the end I went to pay the items and on my way to the exit the Manager Miguel was standing in front of us with a very strong attitude, like upset of us being the last at the store. He said "Next time you come to the store come early since now the store is close". I found the comment very offensive since we just had bought almost $300 dls of items and I would at least expect being appreciated as customer. I responded to the Manager Miguel that I wanted to talk to his manager and he responded very sarcastic and with a smile that he was the manager. I asked for his boss name and phone number and he refuse indicating that I had to leave and closed the door in my face. I feel frustrated and very upset with the service given to me tonight. I dont definitely recommend this store for future shopping. I am looking forward to find another store with a way better costumer service. read more

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL manager! This incident happened 3 weeks ago and has been bothering me since, I would hate for this to happen to anyone while shopping at this location. ROSS OWES ME A REFUND. I have forgotten a bag of returned items while in the dressing room. Remembered the next day, called and called for 4 days and FINALLY got in touch with ABEL the "manager". Explained my situation and he had the audacity to ask me "what do you want me to do with this situation" SIR your the manager so you tell me what we should do because your sales associates specifically told me "my manger must have placed the items back on the floor" and I suggested to this "manager" to look at the cameras because it will show I had a FULL bag of returned items that I did not walk out of the store with. Then stated "it was not his problem and it was my fault so I can walk the floor to look for my items" so he was not going to look at cameras and not do his job like a manager would. I was polite and willing to help in the situation because yes I had forgotten the items BUT Abel was very unprofessional. This conversation got no where and I did not want to argue with a manger that can't do his job properly. That said, I should donate my money to Ross to pay an actual manager that can do his job, ABEL needs to be DEMOTED to the sales floor and learn some respect and customer service. Better yet have the dressing room associate train Abel on how to treat customers, she was great as well as the other staff. read more

I just went to this Ross location last Thursday almost a week ago and I was not happy with the customer service. I took my grandma there so we can find a birthday gift for her sister and she was looking at the jewelry that is up front for probably 3 or 4 minutes with no help from the employees. She then leaves the display and looks for clothes and then ask me to go up to the jewelry counter and ask how much the price of a butterfly necklace that was in the display cost. I'm up there looking for about 5 minutes probably and I'm aware that the employees are busy and I patiently wait. During the time I was there I noticed the security guard in the store was just talking to the cashier next to the jewelry display for the time being that I was waiting. He saw me wait there so I take it upon myself to ask "hello are you able to give me a price on this butterfly necklace or would I have to ask someone else?" He told me "you'd have to ask them" referring to the Ross employees. He did not inform any associate that I needed help and that I've been waiting even though he was the only one that saw me waiting for almost 7 minutes. He could have informed an employee especially since he was chatty chatty with one of the employees. Whatever I go about my day patiently waiting for about 2 more minutes and then I bring it upon myself to ask a Ross associate who isn't working the check out counter if they can help me. I approach this one lady with glasses and I said "excuse me" but she walked away! Im pretty sure she saw me coming towards her from her peripheral vision but never directly made eye contact with me. I thought maybe I didn't say it loud enough and she couldn't hear. So I then follow her as she's approaching the check out counter and I say "excuse me" and the lady still walks away!! I felt irritated that I have to go through all this for one simple question such as the price of a necklace! Finally the security guard gains sense to tell the associate he was earlier talking to if she can help me after noticing that I went to try and ask for help myself and I've been waiting for about 10 minutes The associate that helped me was nice and the encounter was less than a minute. I understand retail workers get busy and I'll wait patiently but it was ridiculous that it took that long for the security guard to gain the initiative to bring attention to the customer (me) and the fact that the lady with glasses ignored me. I know that if I wouldn't have taken the motive to ask for help myself then I more than likely think I would have been waiting longer. I'm very disappointed with this Ross. Hopefully they do better and get employees that actually want to help customers. read more

The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever come across. The women in there were very rude. I was trying to return a pair of jean and was told by the sales associate that I was lying about where I purchased these jeans when I had the receipt in hand. I then requested to speak to a Manager and was greeted by another associate (who was not a manager) she then yelled at me...telling me she was not a manager. I retorted..then why are you addressing me....? She walked away puzzled. I then got pissed and requested their names and the managers name. I attempt to speak with a regional manager still no call back surprise.. Surprise....needless to say I will never step foot..or spend any money at this establishment Ever Again. read more

Eddie rocks! Normally when going to Ross.. or any store for that matter we have to suffer with the burden of people's screaming, crying children. Not this time. Best experience I've had shopping maybe ever. Great employee! Very helpful and funny~ read more
