Sheds were of good quality. People were helpful. Only problems I had was there website wouldn't update when I was ordering. The delivery person didn't have paper copies of work order when delivering. I had to print off from website which wasn't updating. read more

Decent shed, zero warranty support and horrible finance department. Stole the $300 deposit. I satisfied the loan, received the payoff letter, but my $300 deposit was never refunded. Contacted them and got 2 different stories about why I didn't receive it. If you can't pay cash, don't buy it . read more

Avoid this sham company they will lure you in thinking you getting a good quality built shed until you find it built chrap. Whatever you do don't enter into the rent to own, one of their many financing subsidiary tradenames will harass you to death, termination without penalty is a total lie. They will pick up the building, cause as much damage to your property or just abandon the building and come back and sue for the entire rent to own contract. I'm facing that now in Arizona, Key Building Rentals is claiming they never removed the building and sue, they had the sheriff's department seize our replacement building on August 26, 2025 in an attempt to use the Court to extort money. read more

Bought a shed a few weeks ago doors started binding so I checked it for level it was over 2 inches out of level called company who had installer call me. He said if I wanted it level it would cost me 100 dollars more because I signed his papers. I was doing other things and took his word for it. And my ground was settling which is false I have worked construction over 30 years this was a very poor set up. They will not stand behind there work. Buyer beware read more

Horrible.people and company. They sale you a new contract and bring out a damaged leaking shed. Refuse to fully repair. Shady at best. Then neglect and ignore. Refuse to respond to BBB.. 8 months ignored. So I finally get a call on coming to take it back. Lost all my payments made to it? Now they harass phone calls instead of allowing AG to establish their rotten motive. Trespass and illegal thieve what is in my possession is threatening... Contract was NEw shed, not damaged. Driver must have been drunk hitting a bunch of low hanging branches he admitted. Didnt even make it to where it was suppose to go...oil all over the road and driveway. Toxic. Almost got me $1500 fine. They refused to clean it. They refused to remove wet staimed wood.. they left it lpokkng worse.. 2 mpre repaIr people... promised a huge discount for 5 weeks of horrible business.. now they dont want to resolve this, thieve my $$ and take it back.. $3200 bid to get it to new.. no wonder they want it back. They will pawn it off on anotjer somebody. 8.months ignoring me and Sandy Goan, warranty mgr gives me 3 days and I sent 5 emails of damage...then says I refuse to let them come and repair..? Last complaint on BBB, man paid cash up front to worker. (They do ask for cash, red flag) worker ran off supposingly with cash. He gets no shed til they find wotker and get $$ back. Read it for yourself. Awmish will come build you a shdd for half the cost. They stole their looks and ideas. This place needs a money audit on cash only...I will wait for AG response. Ordered our shed on May 5. Was told they had to say they were 5 weeks out, but it would be more like 4 weeks to delivery call. We are at 7.5 weeks and still no shed. Anxious to get our shed. I will keep you updated Update: Finally got our shed on July 10, 9 weeks after order date. Overall our shed looks good, sturdy and we are overall happy with it. There are some imperfections that can be noticed. The metal roof doesn't come all the way to the edge of wood eve on one side (pic). Some 2x4s used to build shed are splintered on the edges. This is not the craftsmanship that I expected when compared to the model sheds we walked into when we agreed to spend over $4,000 on ordering our shed. read more

This company is completely unprofessional and inefficient. We ordered a shed in January with the promise of it being delivered in 2-3 weeks. When ordering it all we were provided to use as a comparison to mirror our house as we live in an HOA was pictures on the website that the seller had. He was not equipped with physical samples. The shed arrived nearly 8 weeks later March 23 to be exact. When the driver arrived we noticed the shed did not match our home at all both the roof and siding was off. The driver ensured us we should be able to call the company and the would easily come out to repair or make adjustments where necessary. For this reason we decided to take ownership of the shed with the expectation that it would be rectified and we could move on with our lives. We began to reach out to several departments continually repeating our situation and sending pictures of what the shed colors should be. Each time we spoke to a different representative who gave us assurance that they would get back to us with a resolution At some point we were led in the direction of having to speak to a Mr. Norman Spurlock as he would be the only one to get the situation resolved. It took some days for him to get back to us. He stated he would look into the matter and get back to us no later than the following Tuesday. When that didn't happen, we took it upon ourselves to call him back; Strike two!!! We finally get a hold of him and he says that he's going to have to get in contact with the seller and promises to call us back. When he finally does his only response to the matter is unfortunately there's no resolve as the seller is not willing to pay for the necessary repairs and he himself can't foot the bill him, so unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about this. Pretty much sucks to be you the shed is yours and all the headache your HOA is going to give you. Keep in mind this is around ending of may beginning of June. We decided to call the finance department and notify them that at this point being that nothing has been done to ensure that we are satisfied and can comfortably keep possession of the shed the should come reclaim the shed on the 24 which is when we would be back in town from our vacation. Today we were out and about dealing with emergency appointments for our 4 year old daughter when our security camera went off . It was delivery truck driver coming to pick up the shed that was not supposed to one picked up till 2 days from now. We call the company and they claim we stated it will be available for pick up on the 17th which is impossible being that we were at a wedding that we reserved to attend to months ago. Long story long this has been an absolute ridiculous ordeal for myself; a pregnant woman and my husband a disabled veteran with extreme PTSD to have to deal with on a weekly basis only to have to still figure out how to empty out a shed we were gladly willing to pay in full as long as the repairs were made. And if they weren't going to be made then deduct the cost we would have to foot to make the roof and siding match our home so that we would be in compliance. As a customer I don't see how this is unreasonable and difficult to conclude. read more
