He suggested the Hunter Douglas Silhouettes. They are sheer, allowing us to still see outside, but have 4" blades encapsulated within, that can be tilted to block sun when necessary. Why would we be charged for the screws falling and not being able to fasten securely to their product? The screws that they used to fasten the silver railings to the company's top base are falling to the ground which makes the railing lag from the top base.
