Zlatko was incredibly upstanding, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. Even though we didn't end up moving forward with a new HVAC installation, he was still extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer questions, share his expertise, and provide honest guidance without any pressure. I really appreciated his professionalism and integrity, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and experienced with HVAC. read more

Zlatko/Old Bridge Heating & Cooling, we were referred to Zlatko and team by a close friend of mine (Nick Tokarz) sometime last year and this is technically a late review but nevertheless its still a great review for Zlatko. Service Requested: HVAC Not-heating, please fix it. Service Rendered: Cleaned air-fliter, checked the system for other issues. System reset. Zlatko provided really quick and value service. We texted him for quick support since we had a month old baby and this was peak winter in December. Him and his team arrived quickly, cleared everything up and left with a working HVAC. He gave tips on maintainingthe system as well as potentially replacing it since it was a 20+ year old system and they stopped producing control boards for it already. All in all, great service and highly recommended. read more

We contacted Zlatko at Old Bridge based on their strong reputation for high-quality HVAC service, and the experience fully lived up to the reviews. He was extremely prompt, thorough, and took the time to carefully diagnose our issue, which was - our heater vents were blowing cold air; while clearly explaining his findings. We value the level of care and expertise he provided and are glad we connected. We will confidently reach out to him again for any future HVAC needs. read more

I talked to several companies before I spoke with Zlatko about replacing my furnace and adding air conditioning. I was happy in listening to and made the decision to have them replace both units. This was a decision I am still happy about. While a lot was done, at the end of the day, you could not tell there had been anything done. Clean would be an understatement. I have told 6 or 7 friends about their work and everyone has been very happy. When you call Old Bridge Heating and Cooling, you will talk to Zlatko, the same man that will be involved in doing the work. You will not go wrong! read more

Old Bridge Heating and Cooling to the rescue! We had had a service call from another HVAC vendor who told us there was nothing wrong with our furnace, and yet it kept struggling to ignite and stay on, of course in the middle of a cold snap. After reading positive feedback about OBHC on another platform, I called Zlatko and described the problem. His proposed diagnosis over the phone was consistent with what we thought was happening. He was able to squeeze in a service call that same day and, sure enough, his diagnosis was accurate and he was able to address the problem quickly. He exuded confidence and competence. And best of all, our furnace is now working properly and will hopefully be more efficient going forward. When the time comes to replace our elderly furnace and a/c, I know who we will call! read more

Zlatko and his team were great: extremely knowledgeable, competent, work well together, and take pride in their work. They were friendly and even added a bypass and rewrapped a duct to improve efficiency and aesthetics. The installation was clean, attention paid to every detail, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was no nickel and diming, and no surprises. And before leaving Zlatko ensured that my new system was properly configured in Google Home. Bottom line: I'd use him again. read more

We recently completed an entire home remodel. Out of everyone we used, Zlatko and his team was by far the most professional and kind with an absolute perfect workmanship. Always on time, and completed the project just as stated. He took the time to explain everything, and give us options to make our project look aesthetically pleasing. We plan to use Old Bridge in the future for a future project soon. Highly recommended! read more

Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave and another company told us it was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. Fortunately, we were referred to Old Bridge for a second opinion. Zlatko and his coworker showed up first thing in the morning and had our A/C up and running in less than an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Zlatko is honest, professional, and highly skilled. We are currently considering replacing our furnace and A/C since it is very old and we wouldn't choose anyone else but Old Bridge for the job. Thank you, Zlatko and the Old Bridge team, for your outstanding service! read more

Zlatko was great. He answered my call on a Sunday. I sent him a text of what I needed done. By Tuesday morning he visited the property, inspected the heater and concluded that all it needed was the pilot to be lit and limit to be reset. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I paid him his minimum service visit fee and we were all set. I'd use him again. read more

Zlatko is very professional and experienced. He quickly came to the "rescue" when we had our AC issue in our new place. This is the 1st time that we had to manage something on our own as we have always had the luxury of calling our property manager for our needs. Zlatko was very quick to resolve our AC issue and he is very honest with pricing. We will use him in the future again. If we could give him 10 stars we would!!! read more

Since my wife and I have moved into our new home in San Jose over a year ago, Old Bridge Heating And Cooling has been our go to company for all of their services. The owner of the company was the one that actually came to the house to design the A/C system. He was sure to make sure that any savings that could be had or any regulations the city had were met. His son was actually the customer service rep that put everything together...you really can't beat a family run and locally owned company that is actually both of those things. When the crew was working on the construction I was amazed at how clean they left the house each day. Since then I have had a few followups and have never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. I can't say it enough, but Old Bridge Heating And Cooling is the best in quality and service in their industry for; * Customer Service * Price * Service * Quality * Turn around time read more

I'm writing to all yelp users on behalf of the many happy customers that I have referred to Old Bridge. In my company we very often face problems that involve removing and installing furnaces, A/C and water heaters. Old Bridge took care of my AC last year and last week. When my AC was not pushing out cold air I immediatly contacted my landlord. It was very nice to receive a prompt return call from the owner of Old Bridge to schedule an appt. The owner of Old Bridge came to our appt. on time and examined my AC unit. He remembered the services he performed last year and provided his recommendation. Although I am not the deciding factor, I was very happy to be informed. Upon approval, we scheduled the date and time for him to complete the work and three days in I'm here and raving about it in my nice COOL home. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent. The owner was very nice, polite and professional. Communication was always prompt and detailed. As a customer, I appreciate the attention I receive from a business and they did not fail in this department. SERVICES: Excellent. I was informed of the options that were available to my landlord, and either way is a win for me. The bigger win was received and the work completed was done in a day. I would definitely recommend Old Bridge for any of your heating or cooling needs. I also support family owned businesses. read more

Zlatko installed A/C and Furnace at our house 10 years ago. During the Labor Day weekend our A/C stopped working with outside temps being around 100 degrees. He replaced necessary parts and had the A/C running within 2 hours of our call. read more

I must say the experience working with Zlatko was amazing. I was born and raised in my home of which we have lived here for over 45 years. Need less to say there was a lot of sentimental things to over come. However, it was time to do a full remodel. Not just kitchen and bath but, new water lines, new roof, new water heater and new furnance/heater. Zlatko's patience and guidance not only with heating and cooling but, with the whole process was very valuable. Then, when it came time to discuss the heating and cooling, he suggested our options and the pros and cons of it all and we were able to make a positive decision. Zlatko not only was he professional, on time and efficient but, was able to coordinate with the other contractors at the house during the remodel. He was in constant communication and sent photos through the process. In the end it was a very pleasant and painless process and we finally have A/C in this old, new home. read more

Zlatko is amazing! My 77-year-old uncle came home a week ago from being hospitalized for flu and pneumonia, only to find the furnace in his house had stopped working and the temperature indoors was in the 50s. We initially called another HVAC company, whose technician visited, but their office never followed up with the estimate they said they'd send for replacing the furnace, despite my asking several times. Four frigid days after that technician visited, I gave up and went back to Yelp -- and found all the glowing reviews for Zlatko. He was at the house within an hour after I first called, then called me back with multiple options and walked through the pros and cons of each. He followed up promptly with an email estimate, showed up at the appointed day and time, got the job done and the heat on, and sent me a photo. He was in touch with me throughout. Thank you Zlatko for your kindness, professionalism, and basic understanding (that your competitor lacked) that a sick old man needs his heat back on ASAP!! read more

"Old Bridge" performed large amounts of work on my house. They really do take care of their customers from day one and up to the very last day of the job. Every employee was extremely professional and listened to our concerns. We didn't feel any type of pressure to make a decision on the spot. I highly recommend this company for the quality of its service and the people providing it. read more

Supreme customer service, fast installation, and reliable service. We had bought a house and had a ton of renovations done. When we moved in, we were not ready for how hot the house got. Called Old Bridge and they were able to squeeze me in and come out to quote me right away. The walk through and installation was even faster and now I am happy to report, we are one very happy and comfortable family thanks to Old Bridge! Highly recommend! Zlatko is a straight shooter and won't waste your time. read more

Had Zlatko come out and give me a quote. He quoted me for an attic fan but then I realized I needed some additional stuff done such as adding a vent and redoing some insulation. He came over a second time to analyze the situation and gave me a new quote without hesitation. He was able to complete the job in just two days. The price was average but the work he did was very clean and looks like he did a great job! Will defiantly recommend him for HVAC work especially reducting or zoning. read more

Had a broken AC, Zlatko came over and explained the available options in detail. l decided to go with his recommendation. He came over today and got everything fixed and installed - will continue to monitor how the systems works in coming weeks. But till this moment, we are happy with his job, he provides many professional tips in taking care of AC system. I'm recommending him to a friend of mine that is having AC issue. Glad to have Old Bridge to come over and help. Highly recommended. read more

Zlatko & Goran (Son & Father) are very polite, honest and dependable. They did exactly what they said and more. They charged half of what Sears wanted for the exact same job. We have a duplex and had a wall furnace replaced, we had this done by another company on one side a few years earlier for the exact same funace and they charged more than Old Bidge Heating. Also they left a large gap space in the wall from the old furnace. Zlatko & Goran did not leave any gap they filled it and looks great. They covered the floor area and cleaned everything up when they finished. Support this family owned business and you'll be very pleased with their personal level of service. read more

I would give this company 10 stars if possible!! A friend told me about the company and after researching and reading many positive reviews I called them. I needed a new furnace and my experience with this company was positive from beginning to end. The gentleman in charge was named Zlatko. He was one of the most professional workman I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and it was an overall great experience. I'm a neat freak and they left my home just as clean as they found it. During the installation they discovered a problem with the part that connects the furnace to the ducts, I can't remember the name. It had to be replaced and it required alot of extra work and made it a very long day!!! They never once complained and let me know exactly what they were doing and showed me the part being replaced. When I saw the replaced part I was shocked!!! it looked like it had been hit by a machine gun....lots of holes....where the warm air could have escaped. I have recommended them to all of my friends, I know if you use them you will not be disappointed. read more

Last week my furnace started having hiccups. Zlatko came by on a short notice and proceeded to diagnose the problem diligently and accurately, explaining what he was doing and why. He identified the faulty part gave us a quote for replacement. Eventually we decided to replace the whole furnace, as it was more than 20 years old and likely to have more issues in the near future. Zlatko came back just 2 days later and started to work in the morning. By lunchtime the new furnace was on, the old one was gone, garage was clean and house warm. He also kindly installed a thermostat we bought without extra charge. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the job and the attention that Zlatko has given to our needs. We will see him again in couple of months for some AC work. read more

A few weeks ago, I contacted several HVAC companies. Old Bridge was very responsive and Zlatko came over and explained our different options very clearly. Zlatko took the time to answer all of my questions and always gave me sound and clear answers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I trusted him right away. Zlatko and his team changed our old furnace and installed a new A/C unit. They were extremely professional, clean, organized with their work, always on time and friendly. Zlatko always took the time to stop during the installation and showed me the different steps of it. He explained everything very clearly and was very thorough. Once the installation was done, Zlatko explained to me how to best use our AC and furnace. He even came back the night after the installation was done because our water heater stopped to work and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Zlatko truly cares about his customers. Great job and great team! I highly recommend Old Bridge and I definitely plan to hire them for our future HVAC needs. read more

We had a 11:00am appointment on Saturday. I drove 20 miles to make sure I was there so he can provide me with a quote. Unfortunately, he never showed up and never call me to reschedule. Bad business practice. At least call me and let me know that you're not going to show up. Wasted my time!!! I hate leaving bad reviews but I tried calling you 4 times and you wouldn't even pick up. read more

i was having a problem with my water temp for my shower. The water kept losing its heat after about 5 minutes of having the shower running. I called a few people i found on the internet and all seemed outrageously priced then a friend of mine referred to these guys, boy was i happy that happen. From the moment i called them i felt like i was talking to a professional company that wasnt only concerned about taking me for every dollar i have. The owner of the company is actually who i was speaking with, he was able to advice me that i would most likely need to replace my water heater and he was able to give me a ballpark figure of what the cost would. he also advised me if there would be any other issues there might be an additional cost to that which seemed perfectly reasonable. The professionalism that i experienced over the phone was no different when i was actually dealing with them in person. He came in performed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner and were on there way. Great service and great pricing, i would def recommend them to anyone that needs anything done for there heating or cooling. read more

I needed to replace my old furnace. So I looked around and found Old Bridge Heating and Cooling. They gave me a quote and I just felt that this was the company to go with. The removal and installation were smooth, clean and very professional. My wife and I were and still are very happy with what they did. She especially liked the air conditioning on the hot days. My AC tripped the circuit breaker on the hottest day of the year and wouldn't reset. While every other place I called either didn't answer or said they were too busy, Old Bridge was able to come to my house within a couple hours of my calling the next morning. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a blown capacitor. While he was waiting for the AC to run for a few minutes to verify everything was working, he voluntarily checked my furnace for air leaks and taped up the ones he found. He also made other suggestions to improve my AC performance without selling me additional services. Honest and professional. Five stars. read more

The guys from Old Bridge came out on the coldest weekend in December and managed to get our furnace going by resetting some switches and cleaning out some cobwebs. Given the weather, we could have easily been pushed into some expensive procedure, but they actually recommended against anything more drastic and only charged us for the price of the service call. Now lets hope they can work some magic this summer on our air conditioning system! :-) read more
