I have been a happy Golftec customer for 6-7 years. I take lessons from Brian at the Woodbridge…read morefacility. I never played golf before starting my lessons, just before I sold my business at age 62 and before I planned to retire. I play 2-3 times a week now, take lessons and practice year round indoors with Brian, with an occasional outdoor lesson, and I've lowered my scores from low hundreds to low 80's, I shot a wonderful 79 last week. Brian is a great teacher, the technical aids at the Golftec facility are great, including video, online review, and simulations of real course conditions and distances. If I have a specific issue with some phase of the game, I can always bring it to Brian, he can show me the correct way to make any shot. From the basics, which I needed to learn a few years ago, to more advanced stuff: For instance, I hit a draw off the tee. Sometimes I find myself in the left rough, yikes, under a low tree limb. Brian showed me the correct technique for hitting a low shot out of the rough, including club, grip, stance, (low) follow through. I am now completely confident I can recover. We worked indoors on hitting better sand shots, even with no sand. We reviewed technique, mindset, club choice and position, practice ideas, etc. I practiced at the course a few days before my last round; I was in the sand twice, far from the hole, I hit it out 1 foot from the pin the first time, about 7 feet the second time, and saved par both times. Golftec is the greatest.

Came to Golftec after developing some bad habits that i couldn't work out on my own (just made them…read moreworse). I worked with Ryan, very good experience working with him, knowledgable, patient, and was able to pinpoint some of my issues right away. Within one lesson he had my swing plane and ball striking much improved. Went from hitting an 8 iron 130-135 to 150, and taking the big hook/draw off my ball. A recurring injury has slowed me down quite a bit in recent months, but looking to head back when i'm ready, hopefully i start off where i left off. Only issue would be that if you go out for a course lesson it counts more towards your lessons.....1 course lesson counts as more days than an indoor lesson, they didn't mention that to me up front (still worth doing though).

If you're working on your game, or just want to play a round on one of the 300 real world courses…read morethis is the place to go. Very reasonably priced, low key, and comfortable atmosphere. From practice to course play, lessons to the cool leagues, fitting to new equipment (even repairs) this is a one stop shop. J.T. and Gio are both extremely knowledgeable, and their teaching gives real world results without the judgment. What I appreciated the most from lessons with these two is the no BS way they teach. They will give you the raw, unadulterated truth on what you're doing that's holding you from your goal (mine was a slice off the tee), how to fix it, what that fix is supposed to FEEL like, and how to repeat the fix with as little input as possible. What sets them apart from a lot of coaches is they expect you to be honest with yourself, and hold yourself accountable to what works and that really resonates with me. Since my lessons to fix my driver woes my handicap has dropped 4 full points, I'm averaging 290 yards (from 272 via Arccos data tracking), and have improved to 52% FIR (from 28%). They're already the most reasonably priced indoor simulator club anywhere, and those lessons were worth every penny. Plus, J.T. and Gio are just good guys to hang around. Go here and plan to make it your spot. You won't be sorry. (Check the "pics or it didn't happen" for proof of my improvement)

Love this place and JT is an excellent instructor it's open around the clock to members and it's…read moreaffordable

I returned here after a long time away. The menu seemed to change on a few items. My thoughts on…read morewhat I had this time are below. Pretzel Bites - This time they had a honey mustard and regular cheese sauce. The honey mustard was pleasant, but the cheese sauce was thick, and force was really needed to get through to break it. Fiesta Nachos - This had tortilla chips with roasted sweet corn, queso, Pico de Gallo, jalapeno, lime crema, and avocado crema. We also added steak. This was the best item of the night. The steak was tasty and there was a nice blend of ingredients mixed in. Cheesy Macaroni Bites - This was fried macaroni and cheese. I do not remember ranch being served, but the tomato sauce was not bad. They were nicely fried, but they were just okay. Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza - This was alright. The crust was not very flavorful and cooked enough. There needed to be a bit more of a hot honey presence. Boneless Buffalo Wings - The Buffalo sauce powerful, but solid quality and nice cook on the chicken. Bone-In Wings - I had the BBQ, Buffalo, and Asian sesame flavors. The Asian sesame had a little kick, something about these intrigued me. The BBQ was a little sweet, probably due to the Dr Pepper addition? There was a little inconsistency on the wings as some needed to be a little crispier. Buffalo Chicken Dip - This was very cheesy. It needed a little more buffalo sauce, but good chunks of chicken present.
