We recently hosted the Punjabi Chamber of Commerce (PCC) Golf Outing at Forsgate Country Club, and…read morethe experience from start to finish was exceptional. The Banks Course is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our event. It was a hot and humid day, and with a large group, there were plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong -- but everything went off without a hitch. Shari was amazing throughout the planning process, helping us stay organized and making sure all the details came together. Mike and the golf staff did an outstanding job on the day of the outing. He kept everything running smoothly and even managed to accommodate a few of our golfers who showed up a little less prepared than they should have -- including without clubs! A special thank you to Rakesh and the culinary team. We worked with him to refine the menu and add a little more spice to suit our group. The butter chicken was a huge hit. In fact, two of our members came up to me during dinner specifically to ask who we had brought in to cater the event. They were genuinely surprised when I told them, "It's all Forsgate." From registration and golf to dinner and the overall service, the entire event was seamless. Hosting an outing of this size takes a tremendous amount of coordination behind the scenes, and the Forsgate team made it look easy. Beautiful course, excellent food, and an exceptional team. PCC could not have asked for a better venue or experience.

Mission Report - Recon Assessment: Whispering Pines Municipal Golf Outpost…read moreCommander Chip Hazard, Commando Elite, Reporting for Duty Operation commenced at 0700 hours with high expectations and full gear. Initial reconnaissance revealed a battlefield in disarray. Terrain Analysis: Substandard. Greens were inconsistent--more landmine field than putting surface. Sand traps? Negative. These were not traps, but shallow pits filled with what appeared to be kindergarten-grade play sand--littered with pebbles, no less. A disgrace to the principles of tactical design. Surrounding visuals were demoralizing: crumbling civilian structures and the looming shadows of industrial power plants. Suitable only for a post-apocalyptic campaign setting. Enemy Encounter - PACE OF PLAY: Catastrophic. We engaged a gridlock scenario at Hole 6. Four separate units occupying a single zone of engagement. First unit: A twosome exhibiting movement patterns consistent with post-stroke motor dysfunction. Possibly casualties reanimated by caffeine and stubbornness. Second unit: A lone elder soldier, executing what I can only describe as Tai Chi or Pilates maneuvers on the tee box--disrespectful to protocol. Third and most egregious unit: A six-man fireteam spread across three golf carts. Composition: half untrained child recruits unable to launch projectiles more than 10 yards, the other half delusional weekend warriors--swaggering around like they're on the PGA Tour. One operative even had his shirt tucked in. At a muni. Laughable. Tactical Assessment: This course suffers from a severe leadership vacuum. Chain of command is nonexistent. No marshals. No enforcement. Just chaos. A battlefield without a general. Conclusion: Mission failure. DO NOT REDEPLOY. Recommend immediate restructuring, strict regulation of unit sizes, and a firm-handed marshal with the courage to lay down the law. Chip Hazard, Commando Elite--Sign off and stand clear.

" Thank you, Jane E. Balmer, PCAM, CMCA General Manager Rossmoor Community Association, Inc. 2 Rossmoor Drive Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831 (609) 655-1000 x 103 But RCAI President Dan Jolly does not keep his end of the confidentiality agreement. He discusses sensitive information of former employees outside of his employer with other people who have no affiliation with Rossmoor and have no reason to know what those reasons were, other than for Jolly needing to look important. Do not discuss anything of a sensitive nature with Daniel Jolly as he will not keep his end of the agreement. He does not belong in any position where confidentiality is a requirement. He cannot be trusted in a position involving confidentiality. He likes to embellish and fabricate stories that make him appear more than what he actually is. He may wear State Trooper hat, but he was never a State Trooper . . He worked for the Department of Public Works . . . another reason of trying to puff his peacock feathers to make himself greater than what he actually is.
