The store refused to handle the exchange unless they actually sold it. I shared the communication from Titleist with them to no avail; I get that. What riled me though was they actually said they were not an authorized Titleist dealer. Fact check, they are. I've purchased a number of clubs as well as number of golf accessories from GG before. That ends today. I understand store policies, but I don't like being lied to; if you need to lie you can't be trusted with anything else.

My daughter has been playing competitive field hockey for about 2 1/2 years. Last year, when she…read moreneeded to upgrade her stick, we found Kendra at her booth at one of my daughter's tournaments. We spoke with her for a bit and since we weren't really ready to buy a stick on site she invited us to come to her shop (A Chic With Stix) for a fitting and to try out the vast assortment of sticks she had so my daughter could find the right fit. My wife and daughter, and one of my daughter's teammates and her Mom, took the trip down to Fair Haven to check the place out. Kendra took a tremendous amount of time working with my daughter and her teammate to ensure that they got the right stick, a stick which felt right in their hands, a stick that was appropriate for their strength and swing and in all of the time she spent with them she didn't try to upsell them on more expensive sticks. My daughter ended up with a field hockey stick that she absolutely loves. We had such a great experience working with Kendra that we recently (two weeks ago) went back to buy my daugher a new indoor field hockey stick for the upcoming season and she once again took her time to help her find the perfect fit. As you can tell, I can't heap enough praise on A Chic With Stix as my daughter would never had gotten the kind of personal service she got here from a big chain store and we would have had to guess as to what stick to get her. The one thing I really liked about this course was that the water hazards weren't too prevalent and it's a really good course for not losing balls. Even with a bad slice lol. Starter was a dismissive weasel that made me stand there for 5 full minutes while he dorked around with whatever he was doing and didn't acknowledge me standing there while I tried to check in. I finally interrupted his power move and told him I was going to the range to hit some balls and he could come and get his 1:15 and check me in when he was ready. The nincompoop started stammering while trying to maintain his power pose but I walked away. 3 times the "rangers" came out to our group to scold us for bogus "reasons". "You're 20 minutes behind pace". So, that's our fault that the group ahead made us wait to hit a few times? Do you even know how golf works? There was never even a player or group behind us at any time during our round. "Well, it's my job to come out here and tell everyone they're behind pace".
