Love the new vibe and changes creating a great open atmosphere. Food is excellent. Nicole was a great server. Table next to us had the Taos Enchiladas and cleaned their plate. Salmon was top notch. Yum!

food: 35/50 service: 25/25 ambience: 20/25 total: 80/100 Three stars mostly because the waiter samuel was so nice. The food was good not great for the price-- we ordered the taquitos to start. ($12) Note you only get 4 pieces. The taquito's green salsa made it taste good because the chicken itself was dry and not tasty. I ordered 2 apps to eat-- the beet salad appetizer and the sweet & spicy shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was not spicy, it definitely was on the sweet side. Decent amount of shrimps for the cost. ($15) The beet salad was really good, refreshing with goat cheese and pumpkin seeds. It was also well priced. ($10) Hubby got the prime rib dip, which he overall enjoyed. The con was that the portion seemed a bit small for the cost ($22) For dessert we got Juans flan ($6) and the brownie sundae ($8). Both were good, would recommend the brownie sundae over the Juans flan.

I'm so glad they reopened for lunch! My coworker and I came in twice last week for lunch. The bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers are to die for. The atmosphere and service are amazing and the new manager came and chatted with us for a while too, she is a great addition to the team! Can't wait to see all of the new changes they will be doing soon, definitely recommend.

Lesly and Gretchen behind the bar are incredibly personable. Their attention to detail and friendliness made our night and we will defined be back. The happy hour was fun and the food was excellent. I highly recommend OBL if you haven't had a chance to visit.

Super friendly staff. Okay food. Decent drink specials. More of a restaurant with limited bar seating.

This used to be our very favorite restaurant in Highlands Ranch. We still really like it, but miss the old menu. Sadly, they decided to pare down the old menu and many items that used to be on it are only available in the bar and patio area and many other items are not on the menu at all. We loved the smothered chicken sandwich, which is gone, as well as the sweet and spicy shrimp, which is available only in the bar/patio area. Those are the first to come to mind, but there are several others, as well. Not sure why they decided to limit the menu so much. Anyway, all that is to say I would give OBL 5 stars with the old menu, but now would only give it 4. A favorite item for us is always the crispy brussels sprouts. They are honestly some of the best brussels sprouts we've ever had. And the mango margarita is phenomenal. Tonight we ordered the flatbread special, which had bacon, avocado, and mozzarella cheese, and it was also really good. OBL has a great atmosphere, and our favorite time there is in the summer when you can comfortably sit on the patio. It's nice to have a unique restaurant to go to in Highlands Ranch!

The menu feels stale. It's been at least 6 years since I've eaten here and I was hoping for more variety. The steaks, fajitas and assorted items that were brought out around us looked delicious. Hubs had fish and chips with a side salad. He said it was good, not great. I had a grilled shrimp ceaser salad. Very generous portion of shrimp, could have used some more char. The romaine was crisp, bagged shred parmesean and bland Ceasar dressing. This basic salad deserves better. Wait staff was running and good. They kept up on refills. Dessert was mud pie, delicious. I want to really love this restaurant but this meal left me underwhelmed.

    Nat 's Salad Yum!

I re-visited here recently and really enjoyed their fries and Nat's salad! I added grilled chicken but really ended up wishing I didn't since it had too much of a charbroiled flavor which I did not enjoy. Everything else in the salad was a perfect mix of texture and tastes that worked perfectly together. Service was superb and vibe was upbeat. Quality of ingredients used was pretty awesome. We will be returning here hopefully in the near future!!

My wife also LOVES cookie butter, so once we saw an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie butter cookie - we were sold. The service is always fast and the employees are kind (younger teens so minimal communication) We have now been three times, twice I have gotten a dirty soda, both times I have wished there was more cream (I did ask for extra), but the flavor is still great! We have tried the Oat Cookie Butter, Cinnamon Crunch, Cookies and Cream (not pictured) and Caramel Sugar. 10/10 across the board. They also serve them up cold, so it's very easy to split them up and warm them up on your own. I also want to note, as someone who LOVED Crumbl when they first got started and were dedicated to quality and not just overly sweet cookies, Twisted Sugar is a breath of fresh air, with quality recipes.

Having wanted to sip on said beverages since seeing this trend, I was surprised to see Twisted Sugar in my area - aka the south burbs. Let me clarify - "dirty soda" simply translates to the soda of your choice, with extra jazz and cream in it - no alcohol involved. So last Saturday, I took myself on a solo adventure to Twisted Sugar. Let's just say, I wasn't the only one with that idea and was greeted with a line out the door. This place is popular! Mainly with the Gen Z crowd, but hell - they know the cool places - so I made my way inside. The space is a simple soda shop - showcasing the sweet treats made in house (think Crumbl but better and cheaper) with a view of the magic happening from the counter. There aren't tables or places to sit - so it's an order at the counter, wait and leave kind of spot. Which I didn't' mind - since I was in shop mode. The menu is overwhelmingly huge, offering all kinds of fun beverages, categorized by soda - Coke/Diet Coke/Coke Zero, Dr Pepper, Mt. Dew, Sprite, Orange, Root Beer, Sparkling water, lemonade, Energy drinks, frozen, etc. The combos are endless and all fun. Kinda wild - but fun! I opted to try two different drinks because they both caught my attention. The first one - Pixie - which featured Diet Coke, peach preserves, orange syrup and cream. OMG WOAH. I don't know what makes a blend like that taste so good - but damn. The flavors blended well together, creating a float like flavor and so good. The second one - Paradise Island. Sparkling Water, Strawberry, coconut, peach and fresh lime. OH MY GOD. This one was my favorite in that it was so refreshing, a burst of bright flavors and tasted like the perfect mocktail to take to the pool! The girls behind the counter were friendly, sweet and offered up their favorites before whipping up my order! Sugar free syrups are offered, along with low calorie options as well. PRO TIP: Drink are Buy-1-Get-1 free on Saturdays - so my grand total for the two small beverages was a whopping $3. Whoop! Gen Z's know what they are doing with this - so it's a must try!

Our servers were friendly and helpful, while the bathroom was clean, well stocked and tastefully designed. My husband and I loved our flavorful coffee on ice, and they do offer SF vanilla and SF hazelnut syrup options as well. They do not have any 'no sugar added' gelato available on the menu, however, if there are members in your party with diabetes or similar dietary restrictions. Hopefully they'll expand the menu for such, in the future. This company does offer catering services, with an adorably quaint cart included. The refrigerated birthday cakes and skittle-colored macaroons looked to die for scrumptious and the artwork completely stunning. Definitely recommend if you're planning a pool party or if the kids are craving something cool following sports played in the scorching heat. The location is perfection, with shopping and eateries close by, but parking can be a bit tight, depending on the time of day. Love this fun addition to the Ranch!

My wife got the ham and cheese and I got the duck, with mushrooms and onions. We each had a couple of bites of the others' meal to try it out. The crepes themselves were light and fluffy and quite delicious, and the fillings were very good and quite flavorful. The one suggestion I might make for improvement to the duck is to add some sauce after the crepe has been fully prepared - a balsamic reduction, gravy made from the duck drippings, or even some English style brown sauce a la HP. It was just a little dry and could use a bit of moisture to make it even more delicious. We'll look up this cafe-on-wheels' schedule and give them another try in the future. I'd love to try their other savory offerings, like the lamb, pulled pork and breakfast crepes, and my wife really wants to give their dessert crepes a shot - the custard and apple crepes delivered to the next table looked scrumptious. It appeared that everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of the customers we saw order their food chowed down with gusto. My guess is this business is pretty new - this is the first Yelp review of the establishment, they don't appear to have a Facebook page or Twitter feed, and their website is pretty sparse (no schedule, missing photos of some of their menu items, etc.) I recommend this mobile cafe for something different from the everyday.

I did not love that it was about 90° outside and they had their front door open... I was purchasing cookies to bring to the flight crew on my trip home so I asked if they could please seal the box. The cookies are the perfect size. The all the cookies were very fresh! Right now they even have limited offering of small bite sized chocolate chip cookies and even the dubai chocolate strawberry cups. One thing that I thought was super cool of this place is that they have loaded sodas which are similar to places like Swig in Utah. Colorado has basically no places that do these mixed sodas. I was very excited to see this available here and am always searching for places that provide these sodas! If you don't know much about what makes these sodas unique, they add in creams, syrups, and purees to make the tastiest concoctions. Definitely try those out too while you stop in.
