I thought this bar had a charming local feel. We really enjoyed the live music, which was a folk artist that afternoon. It was counter service at the bar only, which was totally okay with us. They didn't have much food available, but the free popcorn was a nice touch. I wasn't a huge fan of the salut, but I did think the malt beer was nice.

A fantastic stop for beer and brats! The beer selection was excellent, and the bratwurst was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A great place to relax, refuel, and enjoy quality brews paired with tasty food. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in Bisbee!

Stopped in for a few beers after visiting the Seance room! The beer tender was very friendly and gave a ton of local recommendations. A great spot to hang with friends.

This was an awesome experience. Old historic building in a historic town. Copper city Ale was great, and Sam the bartender was perfect.

Very cute spot, we visited in the tap room late afternoon and were greeted warmly by the bar staff. I was able to try their watermelon salut which I had never had before. Not only was it so refreshing, it was delicious! A great treat on a hot summer day. We sat out on the top patio which was kept cool with shades and misters. It has a nice view of the street below and we also caught views of some hummingbirds which was relaxing. Although I which they had a greater selection of food, we really enjoyed our brat. It wasn't chewy or too hard like others I've had - really savory! I look forward to our next visit.

Delicious & refreshing beer yes I said beer, it's 4.8% alcohol content, and it comes in regular Salud or watermelon salud.

So this brewery was recommended by many, and I finally made it here, and it's a cool spot with inside and outside seating. The place is small, but big enough to seat parties from 1-5 people. Parking is limited which is common for the city of Bisbee. They have great beers and I am enjoying Salut today it comes in regular or with Watermelon juice (watermelon salut). It's very refreshing and delicious, come try some if you're in the area it's a switch from regular tasting beer. This is considered a beer, but without the hops etc.... The service is awesome and very friendly, so come on down and check it out.

I highly recommend the Salut! brewed with champagne yeast and elderberry and Peach. Refreshing and delicious! Also had the French 75 called the Bisbee 75 made with the amazing Bisbee Blue gin, Salut!, and fresh rosemary. Ask for a taste of the gin. They also have popcorn.

Good beers, friendly staff, free popcorn. Great place to stop and get a beer. They also have some gin, which is pretty good.

It was our first time here and was recommended the seasonal Salut! It's the most popular of the seasonal Salut! drink, it is puréed with fresh watermelon. The patio was spacious and even had misters to cool us down on a 90° day!

After a long day of touring around the southern end of the state of Arizona, we landed here at this fun little brewery. They serve up some award winning brews and are located in Brewery Gulch. When we walked in the bar was full, but we easily found a table for two and took a look at the brews menu. We are always down to drink red or amber ales and we decided to order two Copper City Ales - ABV 5%. They say Wyatt Earp enjoyed his beer this way so I think we picked a winner. This beer goes down smooth with a slight sweetness but rich in malt flavor. They serve a small menu of food that pairs well with their beer. We had already ate, so we enjoyed the free popcorn. While enjoying our brews, we found out their is a cute lil penthouse you can rent and spend the night. Gives you nice access to the tap room and you are sleeping in the heart of Bisbee. Not a huge brewery but lots of friendly locals and a comfortable vibe. Bisbee is such a unique and cool community. Really enjoyed our brews here and we will return again in the future.

Great place in historic downtown Bisbee to grab a local craft beer. The staff is super friendly and they have a nice selection of beers on tap. I came here near closing time and grabbed a Copper City Ale. If you want to try all the beers that Old Bisbee Brewing makes, you can order a tasting tray. For food, they have mostly snack type food like chili, brats and chips. Old Bisbee sells bottles of Bisbee Blue Gin and they make their own Old fashioned Root Beer. This was a nice find that made for a nice relaxing evening after a long day of driving.

I understand that this would be one of the best brewing companies in Bisbee but they are way too small. Indoor seating is just 4 tables kept very close to each other and in fact next to the brewing cylinders and they do mention to come back later if you don't get vacant tables. They do have a patio too with comparative manny seats. Drinks are nice but very less options for food. Finger countable options to eat. We had to go to another restaurant for food. When we went, the staff didn't even say hello to us even though they saw us. Can recommend for beers but otherwise your lucky to find your table.

I ordered a Frick'n chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious! While I'm not fond of jalapenos, the few on the bun weren't overpowering. The chicken breast was large and the sauce, pickles, tomato slice and onions were plentiful. I got excellent service since it was just me and Hansel. The ambiance is old rustic, with an open ceiling and high rotating fans. I've been here before when the place was crowded and loud, but tonight was a quiet date night with my dog.

We ordered the sampler which came with artichokes wrapped in bacon, dates and red peppers stuffed with cream cheese. I could have eaten like five more samplers because they were that good. For dinner, I order the Penne pasta with spicy sausage. My husband ordered the lamb meatballs, which came with couscous and chickpeas in a very mild curry sauce, which was perfect even for me. I don't need lamb and I'm not big on curry and I thought his dish was delicious. We had the creme brule for dessert and that was great as well. For drinks I ordered a Matador Rose (tequila, rose, tamarind and grapefruitz) and hubby had the Excalibur (Bourbon, blackberry, bitters). As the evening went on, we learned that this is a family-run restaurant, which only added to the charm and warmth of the experience. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. Photos of this place posted 15 years ago still show the real place. But in the many times I have been here over the years, I never got bad service. I stopped in tonight briefly after a short hike in the hills with my dogs. The place was busy for a Saturday evening and my dog was getting stressed. I let her rest in the car parked up front while I went inside for one beer. All tap beers are $6. Two weeks ago when I stopped by, all taps were $5 but maybe that is the local rate. Tonight the bartender told me there was a $15 minimum on a credit card or a $1 additional closing fee for less than $15. I opted to close out. That made my pint of Cali Squeeze $7! But when the bartender came back with my bill, she charged me the local rate of $5 without a closing fee. Odd Two of the tap beers are made right there in Bisbee, across the parking lot at the Old Bisbee Brewing Company. A pint of the Copper City ale or Pilsner is $6 at St Elmo's but $7 at the actual place that brews the beer! A band had just stopped playing for the night in the stage next door. People were playing pool and hitting the boxing glove. The place was loud. Next time I stop in, it will be during the week in the late afternoon when it's much quieter. This place is off-limits to active-duty military (for alleged drug use among clientele) but I've never seen it, unless that includes the old guys who stand outside and smoke weed. I don't partake in that stuff. The business also helps locals on holiday. I've come by in years past when the locals would host potluck turkey meals for the regulars. This place also hosted a lovely Barks and Brews before the covid pandemic hit in 2019. It's a place worth stopping by in at least once. My biggest complaint is the musky smell when you walk on. It's quite strong.
