A fantastic stop for beer and brats! The beer selection was excellent, and the bratwurst was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A great place to relax, refuel, and enjoy quality brews paired with tasty food. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in Bisbee!

Stopped in for a few beers after visiting the Seance room! The beer tender was very friendly and gave a ton of local recommendations. A great spot to hang with friends.

This was an awesome experience. Old historic building in a historic town. Copper city Ale was great, and Sam the bartender was perfect.

I highly recommend the Salut! brewed with champagne yeast and elderberry and Peach. Refreshing and delicious! Also had the French 75 called the Bisbee 75 made with the amazing Bisbee Blue gin, Salut!, and fresh rosemary. Ask for a taste of the gin. They also have popcorn.

Very cute spot, we visited in the tap room late afternoon and were greeted warmly by the bar staff. I was able to try their watermelon salut which I had never had before. Not only was it so refreshing, it was delicious! A great treat on a hot summer day. We sat out on the top patio which was kept cool with shades and misters. It has a nice view of the street below and we also caught views of some hummingbirds which was relaxing. Although I which they had a greater selection of food, we really enjoyed our brat. It wasn't chewy or too hard like others I've had - really savory! I look forward to our next visit.

Good beers, friendly staff, free popcorn. Great place to stop and get a beer. They also have some gin, which is pretty good.

Delicious & refreshing beer yes I said beer, it's 4.8% alcohol content, and it comes in regular Salud or watermelon salud.

So this brewery was recommended by many, and I finally made it here, and it's a cool spot with inside and outside seating. The place is small, but big enough to seat parties from 1-5 people. Parking is limited which is common for the city of Bisbee. They have great beers and I am enjoying Salut today it comes in regular or with Watermelon juice (watermelon salut). It's very refreshing and delicious, come try some if you're in the area it's a switch from regular tasting beer. This is considered a beer, but without the hops etc.... The service is awesome and very friendly, so come on down and check it out.

It was our first time here and was recommended the seasonal Salut! It's the most popular of the seasonal Salut! drink, it is puréed with fresh watermelon. The patio was spacious and even had misters to cool us down on a 90° day!

After a long day of touring around the southern end of the state of Arizona, we landed here at this fun little brewery. They serve up some award winning brews and are located in Brewery Gulch. When we walked in the bar was full, but we easily found a table for two and took a look at the brews menu. We are always down to drink red or amber ales and we decided to order two Copper City Ales - ABV 5%. They say Wyatt Earp enjoyed his beer this way so I think we picked a winner. This beer goes down smooth with a slight sweetness but rich in malt flavor. They serve a small menu of food that pairs well with their beer. We had already ate, so we enjoyed the free popcorn. While enjoying our brews, we found out their is a cute lil penthouse you can rent and spend the night. Gives you nice access to the tap room and you are sleeping in the heart of Bisbee. Not a huge brewery but lots of friendly locals and a comfortable vibe. Bisbee is such a unique and cool community. Really enjoyed our brews here and we will return again in the future.

Great place in historic downtown Bisbee to grab a local craft beer. The staff is super friendly and they have a nice selection of beers on tap. I came here near closing time and grabbed a Copper City Ale. If you want to try all the beers that Old Bisbee Brewing makes, you can order a tasting tray. For food, they have mostly snack type food like chili, brats and chips. Old Bisbee sells bottles of Bisbee Blue Gin and they make their own Old fashioned Root Beer. This was a nice find that made for a nice relaxing evening after a long day of driving.

Went to Bisbee for a few days and found this awesome brewery. I usually drink IPA, but wanted to try something different here and I'm glad I did. We tried the Pilsner, Copper City Ale, and the Watermelon Salut. We were pleasantly surprised by each drink. I don't even like Pilsner... but this one changed my mind! Service was supper friendly and attentive... let me sample a few beers before I chose one to get a full pint of (without getting annoyed lol).

It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

It felt so special, like we had our own little corner of Bisbee to enjoy the evening. We started with the appetizer sampler, and every single bite was incredible. Each item was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. It set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. For our entrées, my husband ordered the duck and could not stop raving about it. It was perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. I had the Chilean sea bass, and I'm still thinking about it. It was cooked to absolute perfection. It was tender, buttery, and it truly melted in my mouth. As if that wasn't enough, it was paired with prawns and lobster ravioli... just beyond delicious. Okay, I also have to mention the salad. The salad was fresh and amazing, and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were served a lime palate cleanser before our entrée. Such a thoughtful and elevated touch. We were honestly blown away. Our server was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. It made the entire experience feel warm and personal It's rare to come across service that truly enhances a meal like that. And dessert... the crème brûlée was to die for. We paired it with a 10-year tawny port, and it was the perfect ending. It was smooth, rich, and indulgent in all the best ways. This was more than just dinner; it was an experience. Café Roka delivered excellence from start to finish, and we will absolutely be back. To our wonderful server: May kindness you give return to you tenfold, May your path be light, your days be warm, And may every table you serve be filled with gratitude and joy.

Every mine tour I've been on has been different and it's fun to see how they do it. With this tour, you are on the ground level and take a tram into the mine. You get off at various spots, but you won't do very much walking (there is a short flight of stairs to one of the stops). The tour guides are very knowledgeable and seems as if some of them actually had worked in the mine. Being a miner is definitely one of the most difficult, dirty, dangerous and labor intensive that a person can do, and it does make you appreciate how much work and effort it takes to extract any metal or mineral from a mine. The tour does a great job of explaining the process and how technology advancements changed over time from the late 1800's until the mine closed in 1975 Practical Information: 1. Make a reservation online, in advance. Traveling to Brisbee and finding out that you either you have to wait several hours for an open tour, or that they are sold out for the day is NOT something you want. 2. It's really not cold in the mine, since the part you visit is not underground, so you might want a sweatshirt or a light jacket, but that's about all. 3. Don't be late because once the tour starts, you forfeit your place if you aren't there when they leave. 4. The actual tour is about an hour.

It was a very unique tour as the others around Tombstone do not have this same type of experience. The only downfall I had was the extra information when it came to questions. Our tour guide seemed agitated even though he asked if others had questions and honestly didn't seem to know the answers more than what he was told to say. Other than that, well worth the tour and the money (also some cheap bottles of water in the store inside)
