Still not sure why it is so common at restaurants. Tuna sushi was good. It had a wasabi type topping that was very good. Salmon was ok. Texture wasn't the typical tender type. Surf and turf roll was mediocre. The beef on top needed flavoring. Maybe just a little salt when cooking it. The sauces in top (I believe it was labeled as ranch and balsamic) didn't add enough flavor to make sense. The magic roll was also ok. Nothing special. The spicy tuna inside was not spicy at all.
