I would say this place has such a great variety. We waited a little while before anyone came to let us pay but there's so many food options. I felt like there fruits are fresh and such plenty of dessert options. Inside it's nice and clean and well lit which was my favorite part. The also have press on nails for sale and it's so cute

I had to come back and check this place out when I had more time. I stopped in around 7pm on a Friday night. Considering that I live in Rogers Park and have to pass at least 4 other Chinese Buffet to get to Okini Buffet. I've read the previous reviews and I can say when I went all the bathroom issue has been resolved. At least in the men's room. I asked a nice lady "How was the ladies room?" After looking at me crazy she responded "Good." The hibachi line had about 3 people waiting, I didn't try it but what was coming off the hibachi looked good. I returned to my favorites, honey chicken, shrimp fried rice, lo mein noodles and the black pepper chicken. I also discovered the fried shrimp, crab stuff shrimp, sushi, chicken with mushrooms and broccoli. Everything I had was delicious. Too bad I don't have a second stomach. The atmosphere was chill that night I had a great on and off conversation with the couple at the next table. A variety of dishes, the awesome staff and a great value is why this is now my favorite Chinese buffet spots. One of my favorite tips I can offer is stir the food in the pan. The food on top will always be cooler than the food on the bottom. My biggest smallest complaint is I couldn't find any hot mustard and I still haven't learned how to do a perfect swirl for my ice cream.

Sushi, pot stickers, chicken wings, orange chicken

Place is new, the environment is clean and beautifully remodeled. The food was really good one of the best buffets with really quality food & I MEAN all food was authentic if its own (Orange chicken, sushi)! The service was friendly. Priced very affordable with the variety and quality and cleanliness they offer. 10/10 Will be back again. P.S they also have Mexican ceviche, and guac !!!!

I will begin here, I have been waiting for a new spot to open where once was Old County. From the start, greeted immediately as soon we walked up. Very friendly staff, very spacious, clean location with plenty of space. The okino bunny is nice touch. The food started off slightly cold but it was a because something happened and they were planning on closing, but the food was hot after a little bit. Plenty to choice from the salad bar, soup and hot foods including the hibachi bar. Okini Buffet welcome to Belmont Craign and to Bricktown Square, see you soon.

I'm not really an expert on Polish food, but I have to give the Red Apple credit for being…read moreseriously tasty. They have all the things you think of when you think of Polish food, sausage, pierogis, schnitzel, stuffed cabbage, blintzes. Also all the things you think of at buffets, salads and carved meats, fried chicken, potatoes mashed and roasted, lots of desserts. A few things I didn't expect, like fish and shrimp. Everything we tried was at least pretty good, and several things were excellent. Service was friendly and good. Dirty dishes were cleared away promptly, beverages brought on request. The decor was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. My one real complaint is that it's pretty crowded, especially when you have to squeeze between chairs multiple times to get back to the buffet. Prices are reasonable for all you can eat, considering the quality of the food. They're only open on weekends, so skip breakfast and come hungry and you're sure to leave stuffed and well satisfied.

We went before the dinner rush on a Saturday. There's a small parking lot in the back but that was full so we parked on the street. We were immediately seated and drink orders were taken as well as soup (which is included). Drinks are added separately and not inclusive of the $34 per person. I had the borscht and that was tasty and comforting. My brother in law didn't waste any time and he immediately got his first plate going. My sister and I took our time to enjoy the soup. I then started with the appetizers and tried the different salads. It was cool to see they had aspic since that's not something you see often either. When I eventually made my way to the warm food, I was overwhelmed by all the choices. I tried to take one of everything but even then it was too much so I didn't get to try it all. The meats that I did try were super tender and juicy. They definitely know what they're doing with the meats! The dessert area had so many different options. There was cake, flan and cheesecakes. So many to choose from! I think I just love Polish food in general because of the comfort food aspect. The proteins are usually simmered in gravy and you get to pair it with potatoes cooked in all sort of ways! My sister was adventurous and just started putting random stuff on her plate that I've never seen before. She found the meat spread and that was surprisingly good too. If you're ever in the area, try to go before the dinner rush. It's a great space and is deserving of the title "Largest Polish buffet in Chicagoland".

They were good, but the honey black pepper short ribs and beef shumai were better by a MILE. The crab rangoon were also excellent - fresh, made with real crab, and packed with chunks of onion. Delicious. Service was decent. The space is small, but we had no problem walking in on a weekday. Highly recommend!

It was delicious, it waked up my taste buds. Sour pickle & fish fillet soup 酸菜魚片湯 $13. Very good, the level sourness was just right. Plenty of fish in the soup. String bean 四季豆 $14, it's okay. Wood ear mushroom salad 凉拌黑木耳 $8. It was not close to the expectation, it's salty for some portion, and not much flavor on other portions. There should be vinegar added to improve the flavor. Cheng du spicy wonton 紅油抄手 $10.5. Not meeting our expectations, the sauce was not close, need to add vinegar. Signature dry chili fantail shrimp 香辣鳳尾蝦 $11. Not sure why it was a signature dish, not impressed.
