It can be a little hard to remember all of what I ate since our group was grabbing plates based on how it looked instead of just the name. The Philadelphia roll tasted great. There were 1-2 tempura rolls which were okay. The sauce used on the octopus balls was amazing! I wish I could put that sauce on everything! It was so savory with some umami flavor as well. The creme brulee was okay, I wouldn't try it again. I think it could have had more flavor and-/or sweetness. The mochi as always was great. No person was taking my order, nobody was actively 'serving' me in the traditional sense. Yet in the end I was presented with a terminal, in the hand of a person directly looking at my tip choice, with no quick button for 'no tip'. Perhaps the option was there, but it was so obscure I couldn't find it quickly. If it's a paper signature slip, it's still considered uncouth today to hover over the customer while they write the tip in. What are we doing here? It is literally a conveyor belt sushi, yet tips starting at 18% is clearly still expected. This practice tarnished the experience for me.

The miso soup was slightly salty on its own, but it worked surprisingly well when enjoyed with the rice toward the end of the meal. Overall, a memorable breakfast experience. The service lends itself more casual, and I noticed they were consistently quite slow to clear our table. I don't think people come here for the food as much as the views.
