According to their website, they were to open at 11am today and per their Facebook, today they were starting some sort of loyalty program, which is hard to do IF YOU AREN'T EVEN OPEN. No sign on the door or any other indication that they were closed/hours had changed today. Calls to their number went straight to voicemail. Save your kids the heartache and yourself the gas and go somewhere else.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. If my kids are ever having a hard time, I never worry about judgment from anyone. Of all the play places we've been to, this one seems to keep my kids entertained the longest. There's plenty of equipment to climb on, swings, toys, and even a calming room! We Rock The Spectrum also offers so many different activities throughout the year! I recently enrolled my 3-year-old in a week of their summer camp, and she had the best time! I've been to many play places, but this one remains at the top of my list.

I brought my two children here on a Sunday afternoon, and although I had high hopes for this place,…read moreI had a terrible experience. First off, my two children are both 13 months old. They view this age as a grown child, so it cost me $40 just to bring them in for an hour. What they offer for children this size, does not live up to the price that they charge. There is a small area that has foam blocks and a little obstacle course to climb on with a ball pit, and that is all. The staff were terribly rude, incredibly inattentive, ignored us when we stood at the counter for a very long time, and did nothing to keep the big children out of the small children's area, even though there were signs saying they were not allowed. I did walk to the back of the building, and there seems to be a lot of stuff for larger children to play on. I feel like the price may be more justified for older kids, but if you have Littles like mine, do not come here. The price is so expensive, and they would have just as much fun at a regular park. If you're looking for a great place to try for Littles, check out.We Rock The Spectrum in Stow instead. We will not be coming back here until my children are much much older., If at all.

At times they can seem short staffed, but so is every place these days, so we practice patience and appreciate the hard work of the staff that is there to make sure everyone has a good time. Just finished up our youngest's 5th birthday party, and things couldn't have been better. Our party host paced things just right, and it's so nice to not have to worry about set up and clean up. We were at the Sensory Escape on Tuesday. There were a lot of concerns for safety in my opinion…read more The floor transitions are not secured to the floor correctly and stick up and will snag your sock. Not safe for crawling babies. There is a room with a slide that the kids can go down and they kept sliding into the door frame since there is not adequate space in front of the slide. We used some of the padding and held it in front of the door frame so our kids wouldn't get hurt. There is also a shelving unit in the lobby that is not secured to the wall which fell on top of a 2 year old. The owner was there and was more worried about the bags of chips that were on the ground and blamed the child for climbing on something that should have been secured to the wall. She never apologized or asked if the child was okay. She didn't remove the shelving unit from the lobby so another child wouldn't get hurt. Please DO NOT go to this place unless she makes it safe for your little ones. There is no way this place passed any sort of inspection.
