Employees do a great job of keeping it clean; however, in my opinion, the cleaning sprays should not be used while people are present, as this causes asthma flare-ups in people with sensitive respiratory systems (I've heard 2 complaints about this so far.). Hand sanitizer is provided. Birthday parties offered. Bathrooms available for guests. (Not sure why they are charging 6.75 percent sales tax, when the rate for Lorain county is 6.5 percent.)

According to their website, they were to open at 11am today and per their Facebook, today they were starting some sort of loyalty program, which is hard to do IF YOU AREN'T EVEN OPEN. No sign on the door or any other indication that they were closed/hours had changed today. Calls to their number went straight to voicemail. Save your kids the heartache and yourself the gas and go somewhere else.

We were at the Sensory Escape on Tuesday. There were a lot of concerns for safety in my opinion…read more The floor transitions are not secured to the floor correctly and stick up and will snag your sock. Not safe for crawling babies. There is a room with a slide that the kids can go down and they kept sliding into the door frame since there is not adequate space in front of the slide. We used some of the padding and held it in front of the door frame so our kids wouldn't get hurt. There is also a shelving unit in the lobby that is not secured to the wall which fell on top of a 2 year old. The owner was there and was more worried about the bags of chips that were on the ground and blamed the child for climbing on something that should have been secured to the wall. She never apologized or asked if the child was okay. She didn't remove the shelving unit from the lobby so another child wouldn't get hurt. Please DO NOT go to this place unless she makes it safe for your little ones. There is no way this place passed any sort of inspection.
