I was shocked at the lack of employees for how many people were at skyzone. There was 1 employee on the floor for all the trampolines the entire time we were there. When we were here years ago, there was an employee stationed at each section. I have no idea what happened?! There was 1 employee working the front desk and 1 behind the concession stand. None appeared to be above high school age. There appeared to be several birthday parties going on but honestly I have no clue where the employees were. The place was absolutely filthy. Visible garbage everywhere. Probably bc there was a lack of employees to clean up? Even though my kid absolutely had a great time, We will most likely not be back. They need to make an attempt to clean and hire more employees to actually manage this place effectively.

Nice clean facilities with plenty of parking available. Plenty of fun and attractions to choose from including, a zip line, sky slam, (basketball) dodge ball, a foam pit and more! They have different party packages to choose from to host birthday parties for the kids that uncles party rooms for quiet and privacy. A nice snack bar when the kids get hungry and thirsty. The snarky, uninformed Gen Z manager told me that it was "perfectly safe", after she and her other clown cohorts stood there and looked me square in the face and admitted there were holes in the bounce house.
