It was clean, there was a gate so the kids can't sprint out. Only complaint is there isn't anywhere for strollers to go except unattended at the front door, any passerby could access it. My son is infamous for getting stuck or needing help but he was able to navigate the entire place without calling out for help once. Meanwhile my baby had a blast in the toddler area. The setup is really well thought out. I could sit in the middle and see my 3 year old in the gym and my daughter in the toddler area at the same time. I love how they designated an area for toddlers because it helps ensure the babies don't get run over by the bigger kids on a busy day. The toddler area is off to the side so it's unlikely bigger kids will run through there while playing. The man working the desk was extremely nice and attentive. Snacks and drinks are fairly priced. Despite my offering them payment options, I had to take them to small claims court, where I won the judgment for $1,200 + court costs and interest that began to accrue in Nov. 2024. They have ignored certified letters from the court both before and after the judgment, and ignored the court order to pay the judgement sum. The STEAM Indoor play center has been a success and with that and other streams of income, they can definitely afford to pay what is both owed and court ordered. It has been almost a year since the judgment was won (Dec. 2024) and I should think that business owners would pay their bills and other monies owed.

The passes included half off food, which made it super affordable to feed the whole family. Per our girls the wings are "bussin". I like the salad bar myself, always fresh. Over the summer we noticed a good rotation of new games, which kept things interesting. At times they can seem short staffed, but so is every place these days, so we practice patience and appreciate the hard work of the staff that is there to make sure everyone has a good time. Just finished up our youngest's 5th birthday party, and things couldn't have been better. Our party host paced things just right, and it's so nice to not have to worry about set up and clean up. All in all I am so thankful to have this place so close for my girls to grow up with.
