While I was out of town for work, my husband hosted my daughter's party at this location, and the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The play place was cold, and we did not receive a private host as advertised. We paid and booked for an extra hour, which was not provided. We were also promised a refund, but it was never issued, despite multiple follow-ups. Several advertised amenities were not available: No popcorn machine as advertised -- only pre-bagged popcorn Pizza was not prepared in advance and was ordered from Domino's at the end of the party, causing delays We reached out to the owner multiple times via calls, emails, and messages in an attempt to resolve these issues, but no resolution has been provided. Communication has been poor, and the situation remains unresolved. This was a special event for our child, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Please contact me to issue the promised refund. I have documentation and have sent several messages already.

A friend suggests play paradise. I've never been. We go in and are the only people there. There's an area for kids under five, slides, ball pits, climbing areas, and more. There's a gigantic bouncy castle. It's all enclosed so for the most part, mom friend and I can sit and talk. Probably the only negative was most of the bathroom being out of order. The changing table had a "do not use" sign which is hard. It's also more expensive than nearby options like "lil bunny" in Robinson mall. Otherwise, it was clean and well maintained; kids all said they had a great time after we left.

It's sort-of hidden in a random strip mall, but there are so many cool things inside. Definitely worth visiting on a regular basis. The laser tag is TERRIFIC. It had accurate (or accurate enough) guns, a good arena, fun decorations, and detailed scoring. The indoor playground is great, and even though my kids are "older," they thought ballocity and the inflatables set up when we visited looked like fun, and we're planning to go back soon so they can play there. There's a good variety of food and candy available to purchase. The arcade is packed with entertaining games, but not crowded. The ticket redemption counter/room also has a lot of tempting prizes! The people working here are terrific, too. We got a tour, and all of my very-inquisitive son's questions were answered. I highly recommend this business for parties, rainy days, too-hot days, too-cold days, kid get-togethers, family fun, etc.

Also, the claims that were made about a special needs adult as the business refers to him, seem farfetched to me as any video and pictures I ever see posted from parties at this place, there are plenty of grown adults on their inflatables. I've witnessed it myself, in person, as well. Just seems to me they wanted to justify not letting a special needs child on their equipment. Very rude and unprofessional actions!

It was a much cleaner play area than I've ever been to at other similar play centers. They also had party rooms available to rent, a small cafe, and games that were available for extra $, including a train ride. All of the kids there seemed to be loving it.. there was a toddler area that was very safe for small crawlers, even the older kids loved hanging out in there. Can't wait to come back!

Over the summer we noticed a good rotation of new games, which kept things interesting. At times they can seem short staffed, but so is every place these days, so we practice patience and appreciate the hard work of the staff that is there to make sure everyone has a good time. Just finished up our youngest's 5th birthday party, and things couldn't have been better. Our party host paced things just right, and it's so nice to not have to worry about set up and clean up. The owner and staff go above and beyond for you, and they are the nicest people I have ever come in contact with. They even found a birthday card (with no name) that we left behind and they hunted us down to make sure it was returned to its correct owner. They are truly the kindest souls. I can't say enough good things about them.
