I highly recommend not bringing really little kids to the glow times on Friday and Saturday. If they want to play dodgeball the kids literally aim for the face. You're not supposed to and the staff DOES NOT CARE..... my kid wears glasses and they were blatantly aiming for the face with no remorse if they broke his glasses or not. The rest of the jump park is okay. Its not a big place but there are options for the kids. Youre better off paying for the month membership since to jump once its 25 and the month is 25 it just makes more sense. read more

A fun time for the kids, and sometimes for adult adults too. The food is pretty reasonable and a large pizza will feed a family. When it's super hot or rainy outside, this is a really perfect way to spend the day and let the kids blow off some steam. None of these promises were delivered. After check-in (and already past our scheduled start time), no one told us what to do. Never been to SUCH a friendly Skyzone! The friendliest, for sure. They are so warm, welcoming and caring. They have the coolest exhibits. It's much different exhibit wise in where we come from in California. They have added ones at this location. Which appears as a hip large barn dome from the exterior. Interior wise: Love the free hold rock climb wall and the soft blocks below to cradle their fall. The soft blocks are a great touch I noticed 3 different play exhibits they are in! So fun. I'm dating myself but it reminds me of when I was a kid and we had the fun bounce ball pits everywhere at play places like McDonalds. But this aesthetic is more clean and sleek. This is our second trip here. Obviously for the price the Elite Pass is a no brainer. For $27.99 unlimited every day all day for 30 days less than a dollar a day for kid entertainment. Can't even get a happy meal for that. Skyzone is the new kid mall. Love, love, love this location. We are going to max out our pass. read more

I was asked to review this business as a Relay Creator. Upon entering the establishment my family and I were greeted by the warm and friendly staff. Everything was very clean for a place that hosts children. We loved the basketball hoops, rock climbing wall, dodgeball arena, foam pit & ninja course. The snack bar had all of the things. The coin operated games were a nice touch as well. We look forward to stopping back here again. read more

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Sky Zone Trampoline Park is pink cotton candy. My partner and I wanted to check out the "Ninja Warrior Course" at the trampoline park so we bought tickets online, and we went after work on a week night. It was hopping. While most of the adults kept an eye on kids, we ran around to explore all the park had to offer. In retrospect, I wish we had filled out the liability waivers at home because you can do them online. Also, 60 minutes is enough! After about 40 minutes of jumping and playing, we were exhausted. (We had paid for 90 minutes) This location has plenty of parking, and if you're an adult, be prepared to hang with the kids while playing. read more

I wish I could give this place less than one star. While I was at Skyzone, I was getting threats from Holly, Amanda and Michelle. They were saying how I was a slut for the outfit I was wearing and how they were going to fight me. I overheard these employees, they did not say it straight to my face. This is very unprofessional and I have no idea who they are. I am a paying customer and was trying to enjoy my time there. Also, they were not doing their job and they were flirting with customers instead of paying attention, which in my opinion would be a safety hazzard. I will be going to Urban Air and I may even have to talk to corporate if this issue is not resolved. read more

Shady sales tactics. Beware of their membership deals. They are recurring, & the young employee at the desk is not trained to tell you that. I thought I signed up for a one month membership, and realized two months later that my card had been charged two more times. I used the facility once in those three months so I reached out to management to find out about a refund. I was told a hard NO from several management levels, even though they could clearly see I used it one time. The pricing board behind the desk says one month, not Monthly membership. I was told that's not how memberships work, like I am an idiot. When i researched this issue, I found that many people around the country had reported the same problem to the BBB. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because i think it's a nice facility. Its not as cool as Urban Air, but its fun. My son & I used to frequent it & even threw his birthday party there. But because of this hugely inconsiderate 'no refund policy' & terrible grammatical responses from their 'senior manager' who wouldn't even call me, I will never return here. Dirty and unsanitary facility. This location needs a deep clean. People use the restrooms with their jump park socks on and then return to jump all over the park. The floors in the seating area are covered with dirt and stuck on food/candy. The nets around the trampolines are also caked with dust. It clearly does not get cleaned routinely. read more

A child got punched in the face and the kid that punched wasn't ejected from the park basically nothing happened and the kid that was aggressive was still allowed to jump. The other other child was clearly upset and will have a black eye it was red and swollen. Probably won't bring my kids back here. read more

Came today for Sunday "Toddler Time", it was fantastic! 11:00 hits and people were rolling in to have a fun hour of jumping with the tots. For $10.00 you and your little one can jump and play non stop. I recommend filling out the waiver beforehand to cut down on your waiting time. The staff was very friendly and were working efficiently and quickly to get the families on their way. They have tables and benches for you to drop your stuff, but also have a wall of lockers if you would prefer. The establishment was clean and did require masks the entire time. They have a snack bar with slushees, ice cream, etc. I did notice they have a party room, which would be fun for a birthday party in the future. It was a fabulous winter activity for the toddlers! Had a birthday party here today @10 am which at this point we were the first party in the building as it was not yet open to the public. I have never in my life walked into a business that was this dirty. When we brought it up to the staff they said "we are short staffed, i live an hour away and left here at 11pm, nothing we can do for you. They had at least 5-6 staff members standing around doing nothing at all. We were being laughed at by the staff they would not allow us to talk to the manager. I would not recommend this sky zone to anyone. They definitely DO NOT CLEAN AT ALL. read more

Our first time at a Skyzone and my 3 year old enjoyed it so much that we had to get a buddy pass for $99 which includes 2 hrs of access everyday up to the 31st of August ! If you are looking for ways to tire out your toddlers - have them run around in skyzone rather than your living room - and the best part - you are guilt free since the kids have a great time ! It's great there - lots of kids in this location - very few adults using the facilities , I've heard about some other locations where majority are adults - so if you are looking at this as an adult activity, you might feel out of place . read more

Do not go there!!!!! They are inconsistent with their rules and the younger kids that work there don't know the rules and how to deal with kids. The teenagers that work there started yelling at my 1 1/2 yr old baby and started yelling in my face because everyone told us different rules. They targeted us from the time we walked in. And did not say a word to anyone else. awful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone I literally asked for my money back within the first five minutes because we were attacked by teenager employees the whole time. Amazing facility, friendly staff, super clean facilities. The only issue we had was getting there, its not really near any major shopping areas. The building sits roughly halfway between Bridgeville and Canonsburg, 2-3 miles off of I79. Its in a quiet country setting, and that in no way takes anything away, so it is still 5 stars. read more

We went to go play, dodgeball but they told us that we couldn't play because we were too young to play with the "older kids". They said you had to be 15 years old to play with older kids and we are 13. The manager said they were too tall, but we were the same size as them! So then, they made us play with five-year-olds.
