    Little Leapers session
    Kelsey L.

We absolutely love the Little Leapers hour that happens on Sundays. For this hour, kids 5 and under are able to jump for the hour for $11 without big kids around. Our 2.5 year old absolutely loves it. He usually only lasts 30-40 minutes before he's happily worn out and ready to take a good long nap. The staff at Sky Zone is so kind and it's always very clean. There is plenty of space and many activities to explore. It's the perfect winter or rainy day activity for little ones.

My 9 year old son an daughter visited with me over Christmas break. Skyzone did nothing to help. Worth it?

We visited Skyzone over Christmas. My 9 year old son happened to grab the trapeze the wrong was b/c there was no one helping to catch the swinging line. He suffered a severed tendon and 20+ stitches. He blend expensively. They rushed us into a bathroom and were completely unprepared to help us. It was horrific. All they cared about was cleaning up the extensive trail of blood he left from the trapeze to the bathroom. He had to undergo 2 surgeries and 6 months of physical therapy and he still does not have full use of his fingers. All the Skyzone people cared about was covering up the whole incident. Thank goodness there were two nurses and a paramedic who helped triage the wounds. Skyzone was completely unprepared to help out -- cover up, cover up, cover up. They called me to see how he was doing and then proceeded to tell me it was his fault. What? There was no one supervising the trapeze and the edges of the trapeze have exposed chains (i.e., they are not overhead in plastic or foam like they are in other Skyzones). These people are HORRIBLE. Take a close look at what happened to my son and ask yourself if you want to spend 8 hours in the Forbes ER, and then another 30k on surgery and heartache of watching you poor 9 year old having to endure the pain, suffering and life-long limitations.

    Kids dodgeball
    Matt N.

My daughter was at a birthday party at Sky Zone on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. There were a lot of kids there but it's such a big place it never seemed overly crowded. Not like when you go to Chuck E Cheese on a weekend! My kids had been here a few times before but this was the first time I got to go with them. My daughter is 6 and my son is 8 but he was not invited to the party so he just went and jumped on his own. The parking area was packed but I was able to find parking still close to the entrance. You walk in and you go to the counter to either get checked in for a birthday party or to pay for admission. My daughter got checked in for her birthday party and then my son immediately got started in kids dodgeball. I let my daughter go have fun with her girlfriends on her own. They were hanging around for about half hour before they were able to go jump. Once they were allowed to jump my daughter went to the far end of the building to jump with her friends and they were there almost the whole time. Which was about an hour. Adults can jump but not with the kids. They have their own separate area. So my daughter got to jump for an hour and then her party went to their party room upstairs to eat pizza and have cake. My son jumped and played dodgeball the whole time. He never came out of the dodgeball area and was exhausted when he was done. I seriously wanted to jump in there with him to play and help him out. So the next best thing that I could do was coach him! I stood next to the netting area to give him some tips. I told him to make sure to always have a dodgeball in his hands so he can always block any incoming balls that he can't get away from. He did a did really good after that! I couldn't just let him keep getting hit! So he was in a area for just younger kids. There are other smaller areas for older kids and adults. The most fun that I saw was he older kids playing dodgeball. It was intense and very entertaining. My wife and I like to do a lot of active things together but I don't think this is a place for just us. I think they have late night activates that may just be for adults. So that could be fun but I really think of this has a huge Chuck E Cheese without he rat and a tone of trampolines. I would go here before going to Chuck E Cheese any day though. It was a colder rainy day here so this is a great place to take your kids if they can't play outside. It's clean and safe. Also I thought the kids had a really good birthday party experience too. The prices are 30 minutes to jump for 12$ 60 for $16 90 for $20 120 for $22 This is the best bargain

If you do not have enough employees to safely monitor areas close those areas off until you have employees to safely monitor areas.

Occasionally it can feel a little warm inside, but that's understandable with so much activity going on. We truly love Altitude and are so thankful to have it in our community. I love that you can view the kids jumping from the upstairs area, making it pretty easy to keep an eye on your older kiddos if you're having food or playing in the toddler area. Although you cannot bring your own food they have a snack menu including pizza, dipping dots and more. It's fairly empty today (Sunday) which was a bit surprising but good for our group. We rented the private room, which came with jump passes for an hour of jumping, and an hour to the party room. We were supposed to have 15 minutes to get everything ready before jumping, but we didn't get that due to being told our room wasn't ready. We never got the extra 15 minutes we lost back, and were told they could jump 15 minutes more, but would still have to be out of the room on the set time. So while everyone was completely rushing for everything in the party, and trying to load up and get out, there were 3 employees waiting and staring at us to start cleaning out the room. We also weren't greeted or instructed to areas but the host we were supposed to have. On top of being already expensive for a room and time lost, they don't allow for external meals, except for desserts. So either you pay a fortune for pizza (that is brought EXTERNALLY from Fat Angelo's) or you simply don't get food for a literal birthday party. They did provide an ice cream cake and decorations, but when asked for the party girls name, we were expecting the cake to at least have her name written on it. We won't be having anymore parties here, and if I could take it back and get a refund for better venue, I would. Leaving 2 stars, just because the kids had fun jumping.
