Covid Review Halloween Zombie Shoot Review We booked online ahead of time. Tickets are $25 per person. We were surprised how quickly our group went back. During covid it was nice because only your group walks through the haunted woods. Then the worst part, the actual zombie shoot. We paid $5 more per person for extra paintballs. As soon as we sat down I knew it was a waste of money. All the guns had the same amount loaded, so we wasted $20. Secondly, there was only one area set up to shoot zombies. You sit under a tarp, right next to other people not in your group, and shoot at three zombies. So we had 200 paintballs, to shoot.. which took about 1 minute before we ran out of ammo. The kids have never shot paintball or went to a haunted house so I guess it was a good first experience for them, but it was very expensive and honestly a bit of a letdown. If you go, don't spend the extra money on more ammo!! read more

My family and I went to the Urban Assault Zombie Paintball Shoot on 10/19/24 and had a 9pm time slot. We arrived around 20 minutes before 9 and didn't get called until 2 1/2 hours later to get in line. There was no organization and with two young ones "8 and 6" that didn't make it any easier. The employees were nice, but I wouldn't go through that again. It wasn't worth waiting that long and we should of at least received some sort of reimbursement. Until they figure out how to appropriately accommodate, I would not recommend going. read more

I ABSOLUTELY loved Urban Assault course's the down to earth staff, friendly hospitality, good prices an discounts.....Great fun for the entire family ...... BUT this is my only complaint all 3 times that I have taken my family to play , there has been the same "Regular" bc his camper is parked on the property.....BC of this one man , every member of my family including myself, has decided to find a different place to play paintball I am truly sorry URBAN ASSAULT . Me nor anyone else in my family need to be given directions on the field or at all......an I ABSOLUTELY don't need to be guilt-tripped into doing something someone else's way....... When and if y'all's camper leaves we MAY come back Wish y'all the best of luck read more

What a wonderful place - perfect for birthday parties, team-building events, and all around great fun doing something different with a group. Easy to make reservations ahead of time. This place was easy to get to - LOTS of parking and the price is perfect for an entertaining night of memories and laughs. We even had fresh, hot, pizza delivered right as we were finished playing from a local shop (great pizza and service)! Urban Assault's staff was friendly and very helpful. Will return! read more

I booked a birthday party for my husband's 50th and group of his closest friends. Let me just say that it was a complete success. We were able to take all of our own food and drinks (non alcoholic, though you could have taken alcoholic) and even our own gas fire pit to roast marshmallows. They had covered pavilions set up for the parties and picnic tables, which made it a breeze for bringing our own party supplies. From the first phone call with Clydora, to meeting the owner, to having the ref with us for four hours (who was a complete delight by the way - very fun and pleasant) - the whole day went as well as could be expected even with the rain. Came here with a group of friends. We rented the private field for 2 hours. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Management were super generous and well informative: The set up was dope! We had a great time. Highly recommend going here if you are in a big group! Coming here again soon ! read more

Fun activity to do with friends, and Gellyball is a great option for kids. Sasha was a wonderful referee as well. Highly recommend.

There were good and bad things that happened while we were there for the zombie paintball shoot with a group of friends. Our tickets were preordered and we were told to be there at 9. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, unfortunately, we waited for 2 hours. Our group did not get called until 11:00. Also, I have a major fear of dogs and there were 3 dogs running loose while we were waiting. I think people forget that not everyone likes animals. On the plus side, the walk through the woods was very good and kept us on our toes. The hayride to shoot zombies was pretty fun too. Overall, it was an ok experience, but could've been better. It didn't seem as organized as other attractions we've been to. read more

Honestly what a joke this place is.... If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. Decided to give this a try as something different for Halloween and damn do I regret every penny spent. To start, we went online ahead of time and booked a time slot for 11 pm, we also payed for extra paintballs that was added on with our tickets and the cost was a little more than $70.00. I felt that the price was high but my boyfriend and our friends really wanted to do it so I was hoping it was worth the money. It took us about an hour to get to this place and the roads to get there were completely awful. We checked in at 11 pm and were told we could wait outside until our group was called to go. We waited OVER AN HOUR! I was very very upset and disappointed because there was literally no one else there except for myself and my friends. We continued to wait patiently and then just started to get very irritated! If you have to reserve a time slot, then I should be called at the time I reserved! After what seemed like an eternity, I went in and confronted the staff about the issue and they said that the other group of people for the same time slot had got lost and that they are running late. How is this my problem? We were there when we were suppose to be. So while the staff explained the issue, they were rude about it and an older staff member even said that they should have just taken us and not made us wait. Well yeah, ya think? So after a pointless conversation with the staff, we continued to wait. At this point is was well after midnight and the other group of people had shown up. The other people had confirmed to us while we were waiting to do the walk through the woods that their reserved time was at midnight so that just tells me right there that they lied to us about people "being late." At this point I was pretty pissed off that I pretty much just wanted to leave. The walk through the woods that was suppose to be "scary," I'm sure wouldn't scare a 5 year old... Not to mention one of our friends smacked his head on a low hanging piece of wood and got a nice big cut on his forehead. The zombie ride was even worse! Zombies were not scary at all. My boyfriends gun jammed about 2 minutes in and they couldn't fix it so they had to move him to a different one. At the last part where you shoot until you run out of paintballs, the zombies literally stood there like bumps on logs, didn't move literally just stood there... Honestly the worst attraction I've ever been to. They were not concerned that we waited in the cold and rain for over an hour and they did not offer anything free or a refund for their ridiculousness. Absolutely not worth the money! Please do yourself a favor and explore other options and save yourself the aggravation and money. read more

Expensive and bad experience. Went for Zombie paintball and paid up for extra paintballs which we definitely did not receive. Campfire and s'mores promised but they "forgot " to get the s'mores ingredients. Reserved a time in advance and were told to wait for our group to be called but we were never called and watched multiple groups go in front of us. Totally disorganized. read more

So, we heard about the Halloween Zombies event from a couple at work that thought it might be fun. We decided to look into it and go for ourselves. Originally, we had a full group of 12 going, but half backed out and I'm honestly glad they did. This place a joke. We reserved spots during the 8pm time-slot as was recommended on the website and when calling, so we would "be guaranteed a spot during that hour." Yeah... didn't happen. We got there at roughly 7:45pm (also, the directions provided for the detour are dreadful) and checked in. Since part of our group was running late, we were informed that we would have one of the trips going out at around 8:30. Ok, understandable, shouldn't be an issue, right? Wrong. We didn't even get to go thru the "haunted" trail until 9:30-9:45. Multiple times I had inquired about a rough time estimate for our group and I kept getting a vague "soon, just after this wagon" or "just about another 10 minutes." Finally after basically demanding to know if our group was even on the schedule anymore, we were able to get things moving. First off, the trail might be mildly scary for a 5-8 year old. I honestly got more entertainment scaring my own group than I did from the actors there. They relied too much on props and obnoxious lighting, and not enough on people. After going to another haunted attraction the week before, I was sorely disappointed. Then we come to the "zombie hayride." It is most definitely NOT what is advertised. From the website, it reads like it is a haunted hayride during which zombies will occasionally pop out and try to attack the wagon. Alright, hayride plus getting some revenge at Halloween actors? Sounds fun! Nope! Ended up being maybe 10 minutes. They take you up to the access road, go maybe 200 feet one way, turn around, do the same then stop and tell you to empty your guns onto the "zombies." Speaking of which, the guns were poorly mounted, jammed constantly, and I honestly felt bad for the actors (both for what they were told to do and how much paint they got shot with). They weren't even running around trying to get to the wagon. Instead, they basically shambled towards the wagon and just let us repeatedly shoot them. At the end where we were told to unload, they just stood there and basically gave everyone on the wagon target practice. The highlight of that section was sniping a few of the stragglers in the back. All in all, a very poor experience. Everything was disorganized and had a slapped-together sort of feel. Definitely not worth the $30 for the base ticket, most certainly not worth any extra paintballs. Had I paid $10 for it all, I could understand the shoddiness of the whole thing. I don't know what their usual paintball games are like, but I don't think I'll be going there again. read more

I've been here a couple of times, tried using a coupon for $35 play including free first tank of air, they insisted I needed to pay $10 extra for my air, which was the same price as buying it outright. The fields are cool but the refs are lazy. At one point we played six on thirteen. When it was pointed out that the teams weren't even, we were told "we'll start the round and then fix the teams next round if we see it's not fair". The indoor course is not well monitored and people with extremely high psi gun settings are not checked and therefore several of my friends and myself experienced bleeding from being shot, even from a distance. Again, courses and games are fun but this place is just too disorganized and ambivalent for a good field experience. The nicest thing about Urban Assault is that you can bring your own paint onto the field. I would recommend checking out some of the other places, particularly Three Rivers, before giving Urban Assault a shot. read more
