When you can get tickets onsite, it really helps you save fees which are crazy these days. There are a few gates so pay attention when you walk in which gate you used so you can easily find your way out. They have escalators and elevators to get upstairs. When picking seats, it depends on what's important to you. If you just want to be there and hear it then any seats is ok. I personally just live to be there and hear the music or see the comedian. I'm also unwilling to spend a fortune to see performers and that's what concerts and comedians are becoming. They also have big screens so you can see what's going on. I've seen some good shows there.

Instead, I was denied a refund and offered zero compensation. I followed up with management after the fact... still nothing. $400+, four kids, and a completely avoidable nightmare. The lack of staff presence and the complete indifference from guest services is unacceptable. I won't be back.

I find myself visiting Stage AE several times a year for various concerts, Steeler games, and other…read morecity events. Personally, I have never had a bad experience here, and always enjoy the different events hosted at the venue. Conveniently located in the heart of the Pittsburgh's North Shore neighborhood, Stage AE sits right in between Acrisure Stadium (Heinz Field) and PNC Park. There is clear and visible signage that will make locating the building simple. It is surrounded by many different bars and restaurants along North Shore Drive that are open pretty late, so plenty of options for food and drinks before or after your event. The River Walk along with Ohio is also just a block or two away. Though this is located within Pittsburgh proper, there is ample parking all around. The entire venue is essentially surrounded by surface lots, parking garages, and street parking options, due to the proximity to both Acrisure and PNC Park. If there is no other major event happening in the area, I can typically get a street spot for concerts to avoid paying a lot for a spot in a parking lot. If you would rather opt for public transit to get here, there are two T stops within walking distance to the venue: North Side and Allegheny. I believe the North Side Station would be slightly closer, but they are pretty much the same distance. The venue's entrance is located along Chuck Noll Way. If the event is outdoors or there is an outdoor component, they will have another entrance at the corner of Chuck Noll Way and North Shore Drive. This corner is also where the box office is located. Unless you are planning on camping out before the venue opens, I have never really waited in a line to enter. The process of going through security and getting inside has always been simple each time I have visited. FYI, there is a bag policy, but they will allow exceptions for medical bags after searching them. Majority of the "seating" here is general admission/standing room. There are pros and cons to this, depending on who you are and your preference for seating. Pros are that you can stand anywhere - on the floor in front of the stage, further back near the bar, somewhere in between - the world is your oyster there. The cons are that you do not have a dedicated, reserved space, nor an actual seat, if you want that. There are actual seats in the upper balcony section, though I have never sat in this area. They are specific tickets and seem to always sell out, no matter the show. The venue itself is great. The acoustics, the optics, and the overall experience never disappoint. The shows are good whether you are right up front, or decide to hang back further. It never feels overwhelmingly crowded, even when you are in the floor area for a concert. No matter if it is a Country show, Hardcore band, or event some Yacht Rock, I truthfully have no complaints regarding the concert/event experience here! I especially love coming here before a Steeler game. The inside and outside are usually open, and the atmosphere is like one giant tailgate. You can grab a beer, watch some football, and have a good time before you make your way into the stadium. They also bring in additional restrooms to accommodate the larger crowds. Would highly recommend this if you ever find yourself looking for pre-game plans. Once you enter the indoor venue, the main bar is located to your right in the back. When the events are outdoors, there will be bars open outside as well. The menu consists of Cocktails, Wines, Seltzers, Craft Beer, Domestic Beer, Pepsi Products, Water, Non-Alcoholic Beer, and a few other drinks. They also seem to offer themed drinks in line with whatever concert or event is being hosted that night. My one note on the drinks is that they serve the bottles of water without a lid. I find this extremely inconvenient, especially if you are in a more lively crowd and want to move around. Very hard to do that without a cap to keep your drink contained! A food/concession stand sits on the right side wall near the back. Some of the drinks are also served in this stand, along with some typical concession stand-type food. I have personally never tried any, but I imagine it is typical arena/stadium cuisine. At both the bars and the concession areas, there are always a ton of employees. Therefore, there is never really a line. Anytime I have ordered anything, I am waited on almost immediately. Pricing is high for the drinks and the concessions, but that is almost expected given the type of venue this is. Stage AE is an awesome venue for smaller concerts and hang outs during sporting events. It is easy to get to, navigate, and is always very clean and welcoming. I've never seen a bad show here, and always look forward to coming down when the opportunity presents itself. I would recommend giving a concert a try here, whether indoors or out, as they are all always a great time!

It's fun to go out on the lawn with a beverage and just hang out with friends to enjoy the show. You can also have fun with other people doing silly things like playing with giant inflatable beach balls that people bat around. You can also meet the artists at the merch booth, which is fun and get them to sign their albums or other merch.

The best views of the city and river basically anywhere inside the stadium. I love how much room there is on the concourse and how open it is. We walked around and took in the atmosphere. This was my first time inside, and while I still need to come back for a Pittsburgh Steelers game someday, this was an incredible introduction. Kicking back in the end zone with a local beer in hand while the picks rolled in was one of the coolest sports experiences I've ever had. They also had a Topps trading card tent on the field, and my brother-in-law and I couldn't pass up the chance to rip packs right there on the turf. The stadium itself is beautiful, the atmosphere was electric, and the whole place was packed with energy once the picks started coming in. Decked out in black and yellow, I felt like an honorary yinzer for the day. Truly a bucket-list moment and a memory I'll never forget. If you ever get the chance to experience an event here, take it. What was most frustrating was the lack of enforcement of the stadium's policies. When people are openly vaping and smoking in crowded areas without any apparent consequences, it really takes away from the experience for everyone around them. We came to enjoy the game and the stadium, but the constant smoke and odors made that challenging. Beautiful venue and great views, but stronger enforcement of the rules would make a huge difference. Policy per website -Smoking and vaping are prohibited at Acrisure Stadium, including electronic cigarettes/vapes. The stadium's fan guide explicitly says the ban includes all vapor and electronic cigarettes. * There are no designated smoking/vaping areas inside the stadium. * Re-entry is not permitted, so you can't simply leave to vape and come back in. * A guest who continues violating the policy after a warning can be ejected from the stadium.

The staff are soo nice they were giving me stuff for my birthday and I was worried at first because I never played but these guys were really nice and told me to follow them and they will protect me. The players and staff are both so nice. One of the cashiers gave me about 20 coupons and a patch and her husband plays and gives tips and he lent me a gas pistol, very effective . The prices are very good compared to other airsoft arena prices. I just can't say how nice the players and staff are if your going to go to an airsoft arena go to this one!!! On Wednesdays they have 12 and under all day for young players! Of course I went on my birthday (Sunday). And you can get all the gear such as gloves vests masks armor bb's and guns for very cheap prices and they are high quality and they have a shop in the briefing/ loading in between matches! If your going to a airsoft area a please go to this one!!! It's a indoor arena and it's very nice the max fps is 350 and that doesn't hurt ALOT so it's nice.
