Coming from WNY, the…read morefair admission was very reasonable at $8, including your parking, as long as you parked in public lot. Monday was the perfect temperature to walk around. My area main local fair is quite expensive, doesnt include parking and not as large. Visiting people in town, had there recommendations on what to check out, which i was able to check out and enjoy the experience. The fair value, foods, buildings , horse racing, animals, people, old village, and carriage museum were outstanding. My favorite fair stand was one of the vendors that sold elephant ears, or as i know it as fried dough; for the uniqueness of the elephants in a display case. Antones, you won me over with your pasta. Will defintly get food from your restaurant, on a future visit. This truly deserves being known as the third largest county fair in Ohio. The inclusion of the US map, to allow vistors from out of state, or out of country, to mark where there from; in my opinion, made it a welcome all, homey feeling fair. Every person I spoke to vendor, fair employee or vistor were helpful, friendly and kind. Look forward to come back next year. Thank you board for Canfield fair ; for affordability .

The coach that runs the OGI meets and gym is a smug piece of work. To say he is greedy is an…read moreunderstatement. We have 3 daughters that participate in the meets. We were at his gym for two sessions. We left to get food and he insisted on charging us again stating that every gym does that. I can tell you that I have been attending these meets for three years and have never been charged twice, EVER!!! It's not that I can't afford it, but the fact is I have no problem spending money on 50/50, buying good luck grams, and loading up on snacks to support each gym. It is just wrong. He wouldn't even come over to talk to us, but we could hear him and his arrogance. He definitely showed us poor sportsmanship. Very disappointed with this organization!!!!
