If the obstacle course is over crowed don't let you go in it, wait until it's less crowded(duh) They do have a nice variety of treats, candy, drinks, snacks etc. Something for every child. The staff did a great job as far as running the rides, making sure everyone was harnessed safely and doing their job. Was the staff extra friendly...not really, but my grandsons didn't notice that even slightly. This is a great place to spend the afternoon. We made memories, we laughed and the most important thing is the kids. They can hardly wait to return. These parents complaining on yelp must not have any patience or gratitude. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to laugh and have fun with your kids. Also it's very clean and has security, they actually went through this old ladies purse dug thru the used tissues and wrappers (lol). This made me feel very safe with the kiddos.
