I took my four year old nephew to Toddler time on a Thursday in late August. A separate time for toddlers is a excellent idea and why I decided to go to Get Air which was my first time there. Before going I thought that Toddler time would keep my nephew safe. My nephew and I met up with a friend and his 2.5 year old son. Both of them had a blast and could play in almost every area of the trampoline park. My nephew loved diving into the blocks and running down the long trampoline track. He had so much fun for the entire two hours. If you have two kids you can almost monitor both of them at the same time if they are at opposite sides of the park. I appreciated Get Air allowing my brother to enter the park for free if he wasn't going to jump. This allowed him to take pictures of his son. Though I didn't use the massage chairs I think they are excellent for parents who want to do a little self-care. Just a couple of concerns. One parent had a child who was not a toddler who was allowed in with his sibling who was a toddler. That's not a concern until his behavior threatened the safety of my nephew. I had to move my nephew away from the school-age boy whenever he came near because he was not aware of how his actions were affecting the safety of my nephew. Then towards the end of Toddler time with 30 minutes remaining, teenagers we allowed to enter the park. Thankfully they did not threaten the safety of the toddlers as they seemed to stay away from the toddlers. Their are small locker to safely secure belongings. You have to bring your own lock. I like the variety of activities. Obstacle course, basketball, dodgeball area, slides, etc. read more

This place was a blast!! My grandkids had so much fun! ages 3 and 5. Lots of jumping friendly staff. You do have to keep an eye on your kids but I always do anyway. We will be back! read more

I initially booked this facility for my son's birthday party. I wasn't given a courtesy call prior to the event regarding the lack of air conditioning. I've been to this facility 3 times since and the air conditioner remains broken. I do like the visibility within the facility because I have young children and can supervise them all to some extent no matter where they are. The facility would benefit from a thorough cleaning- especially the bathrooms. read more

Well.... We had a 2 year old that had a lot of energy to burn off and it was freezing outside. I checked Yelp and came across Get Air and we hopped in the warm car and headed out. When we arrived we had to complete waivers for everyone (all ages and regardless of if you plan to bounce). Next we paid the fee (hourly rates) heard the safety rules and we informed where the dedicated area is for people under 48" tall (like the 2 year old we had). At less than 48" they can play in most other areas of they choose. But, they must be 48" for the zip line. They have teenagers working and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our toddler chose to wander the entire area to play (no fear). Had a birthday party here and were treated like royality!! Can't say enough good. They made sure the kids and adults had a great time.

Took a group of kids here to hang out and they had a blast. This center is large and there is plenty of room to move. I liked that this center has a variety of options and not just trampolines and jump pits. Staff was super engaged and accommodating. My friends son got hit in the eye and the staff member present was great about checking on him. Front desk staff also informative and polite. We will be back! read more

New place very nice inside. Located next to Roses across from chapel hill mall. My kids enjoyed it a lot. They have trampolines, an obstacle course, ramps, and an area for small children. The location is great for us because it is the closest trampoline park to us. read more

My kids had a blast at this trampoline park!!! We decided to try something new by going here instead of Canton and it was a great choice! You sign a waiver when first checking in, then pay to get a wristband, and off to jumping you go. My kids loved how open it was and easy for them to go from one area to the next and much of the time while still jumping from area to area. They also loved the obstacle course area on the right side and the Dodge ball in the back. It was much larger than we expected. I asked them if they would rather come back to this location or go to our normal location in Canton and they told me this they choose here! The only downside is the prices are a bit high. We jumped here on a Sunday and for 2 kids above 46", it was $36 for 1 hour. This included socks but....that is a big high! They also do not allow you to wear any gripper socks besides the ones they sell. Next time we will look for a coupon and hope they have one! read more

I did not have a good experience here with my family. The kids are absolutely RUDE. They would cut in front of lines, they would stay on the silk ropes and not let other kids go, and they would jump in the foam pit and stay there. The employees wouldn't care about what the kids did. The kids would push and shove and the employees wouldn't do anything. The employees would leave their station for a while. I witnessed a employee leave their station (they were working the Zipline) and kids had to operate it! Kids could've gotten caught in the rope. Some parents didn't care about what their kids did. The kids just ran around pushing people and calling people names. I hope you can inprove your security and make the place safer. read more
