For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

There was a lot to see and you need to bring your walking and hiking shoes as there was some hills to climb at the zoo. Not actual hills but you had to move to higher ground to get the back of the zoo. What I do have to say is there is plenty of seating along the way. Another thing we noticed is many different things in between the animal sections places for the children to play and enjoy. The set up of this zoo was awesome and very engaging. Unfortunately, many of the animals were sleeping but it was fun looking for them and seeing them in their habitats. Only animal we didn't see was the red panda. I little disappointed but it was ok. Maybe next visit.
