Well.... We had a 2 year old that had a lot of energy to burn off and it was freezing outside. I checked Yelp and came across Get Air and we hopped in the warm car and headed out. When we arrived we had to complete waivers for everyone (all ages and regardless of if you plan to bounce). Next we paid the fee (hourly rates) heard the safety rules and we informed where the dedicated area is for people under 48" tall (like the 2 year old we had). At less than 48" they can play in most other areas of they choose. But, they must be 48" for the zip line. They have teenagers working and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our toddler chose to wander the entire area to play (no fear). Basic details: -Located in an old strip mall -Extremely clean and well maintained - Have an area for birthday parties that can be rented - Have lockers and cubbies for your stuff - Have seats for parents (and a pay for use massage chair) - wifi : Must connect through your home provider Take a trip and check it out!

Took a group of kids here to hang out and they had a blast. This center is large and there is plenty of room to move. I liked that this center has a variety of options and not just trampolines and jump pits. Staff was super engaged and accommodating. My friends son got hit in the eye and the staff member present was great about checking on him. Front desk staff also informative and polite. We will be back!

New place very nice inside. Located next to Roses across from chapel hill mall. My kids enjoyed it a lot. They have trampolines, an obstacle course, ramps, and an area for small children. The location is great for us because it is the closest trampoline park to us.

I am not sure I've ever said that in a review. But I've now been here pre-covid and post. And I still feel this place needs a new cleaning crew, maybe a long weekend to sanitize every surface. My background is in nursing and public health, and I was just appalled at how gross the toys and structures were. I don't mind letting my child play at indoor facilities - it's nothing I have a "rule" against. But after finding layers of visible dirt/grime on almost everything we saw during our December visit, I was disgusted. Then that water table someone else mentioned... it's had this horrible rotting odor for years. I couldn't believe it's still there. But it is, still giving off an offensive stench that's pretty noticeable several yards away. There is a costume area with a stage, and the costumes have seen much better days. I cringed every time my son put on a hat or helmet - every toy/material here had some type of a smell and I wondered if anyone has ever put the costumes in a machine washer or wiped down the helmets? I was pretty surprised I didn't see any staff walking around, perhaps wiping surfaces or helping direct the masses of excited children. It was only $5 to get in, but I'm not sure why they can't charge a few dollars more and make the museum a clean, safer place for children. In December, covid, flu, and RSV were pretty prevalent in our area and I was nauseous thinking what we could have brought home with all of the disgusting things my son touched. I wish I could say we'd be back, especially as my son loves it, but this place is always a hard pass in my book.

I even advocated for this gym to other parents letting them know that SURELY their kids privates would not be jeopardized. I WAS WRONG!! For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

Today there were many people here for a Wednesday but it is summer after all so we had the pleasure of seeing many children with their parents enjoying the sights of animals. There was a lot to see and you need to bring your walking and hiking shoes as there was some hills to climb at the zoo. Not actual hills but you had to move to higher ground to get the back of the zoo. What I do have to say is there is plenty of seating along the way. Another thing we noticed is many different things in between the animal sections places for the children to play and enjoy. The set up of this zoo was awesome and very engaging. Unfortunately, many of the animals were sleeping but it was fun looking for them and seeing them in their habitats. Only animal we didn't see was the red panda. I little disappointed but it was ok. Maybe next visit.

When it's hot outside, these animal are inside so you may not actually see them. They have a small indoor aquarium which is nice when it's hot outside. They have some animatronic dinosaurs around the park that sound a lot like the zoo animals. There is a merry go round and a train that kids can ride for a small fee. When we take my grandson, we can walk around the whole zoo in a couple of hours. You can bring your own drinks and food to have a picnic if you want to save money and not buy food here.
